Yes, Marlo Thomas is beautiful, my favorite opening of That Girl is season 2 thru 4, i have a That Girl doll with Ann holding her flag.

It's weird... the last episode was about how Mexican stereotypes were insulting and hurtful to those being stereotyped, and here we are just one episode later at 5:12 making fun of the stereotypical Japanese tourist. (Old habits die hard?🤔) But seeing Joe Flynn again helps a little to make up for it. (It's also fun seeing James Gregory in a recurring role here, just a few years before "Barney Miller".

No styles from ‘65 till the eighties then none after early ‘90’s. None top late thirties to mid fifties. My mother and my ex were fashionistas.

Actually it was more of a fashion revolution. Hairstyles and clothing changed from conservative style in such a short time.

Captain Binghamton from McCall's Navy. Listening to that actor's voice is always like fingernails on a chalkboard to me! Same with Inspector Luger, AKA Donald's boss at Newstime magazine. Honestly, if these men would just learn to stop slurring their words!!! LOL! 😂😅😮

Donald seems to have nothing but questions in this episode. Before Herb even arrived, count how many questions he asked Ann about Herbert and his words, past life, etc. Just last week it cost me $310 just to go from Central Southwest Virginia to Oklahoma City. Talk about inflation

I just watched "That Senorita" yesterday and was impressed that they were addressing racial stereotyping. Now today I see stereotyping of Japanese tourists. I guess they didn't watch their own show! Otherwise this was a very cute episode.

Interesting that the last episode they made a point of not making fun of ethnic groups or doing anything they find offensive yet in this episode they have a stereotypical look/joke of Asians and their cameras.

My fave decade is the 1980s. I was in my twenties, and liked the sneakers and stone washed jeans, plus many songs and TV shows. That uncle Herbert is very annoying. Ann is so moronic she can't see he is a con artist? Don was correct. I watched this show new, as a child, but many of the eps now days irritate me and I can't watch them to the end. Usually Ann is the main irritant.
