My narc husband can't come near me, he is a coward. And I have bodyguards in the form of two grown sons. He can't communicate with my family, he knows it wouldn't work anyway. The isolation was required for him to get away with what he did.

You are on it. When I began my healing, and I said i was going to heal that narcissist tried to stop it with a hoover. Narcissist parent kept calling telling me Mi letting the devil in my mind and that they were praying for me. The same tactic used by her all my life that I was crazy. But no more I am awakened and aware and healed and I remember who a am and I see them for who I have always seen them as a little girl. Thank you Denzo you are awesome.
