Last day of bass fishing for the season until next Spring 2024 :( at Gifford Pinchot, plus a recap of many of the highs and lows of this past 2023 fishing season. It's a good one!
Thanks man! I had a lot of skunk days at Long Arm and Marburg especially after Spring/early Summer. Not that many fish if I took the time to count them if you consider that I fished almost every weekend or once a week or so. I don’t think I could do yak fishing lol.
The last day of fishing for the year is truly a sad day! You had some very nice catches. New subscriber here. I enjoyed the video and looking forward to following along with you in 2024. Happy New Years!!!
You are getting better the more you fish. Love watching you. 1 small favor, I don't mind cursing but not with God's name involved. Otherwise Im behind you bro. If you can get your boat in the water, now is a good time to cruise Marburg and photograph the exposed structure. I emailed Pa Fishing dept and asked about being allowed to put out Old Xmas trees. (There's a couple out there new). They said I must ask the local game warden if it is allowed. If so after Xmas I'll be gathering up discarded trees and attaching cinderblocks to them with a coathanger. Then GPS the spots for when the water rises again! I will let you know.
Thanks! Yeah Ive gotten flack from family about the cursing. My boat is an outdoor boat (no garage) so its getting winterized before it gets too cold. Those are great ideas about xmas trees and mapping exposed structures. Ive kinda made some mental visual notes but stupid me I never took the time to photograph when on Marburg. Guess I was too occupied with fishing. Taking a drone there one day would be best way to do that I think
A drone is a great idea. I preffer doing it from a boat as I can better recognise specific spots and mark a map. If you get the fever Lake Anna fishs well all winter! @@aintnobassmaster
