Man, I remember when I turned 27, I thought within that year I was gonna die, and I began to prepare. Every day, I was scared. I have no clue why I thought that, but my anxiety was through the roof that while year. It was so scary. I thank God for bringing me through whatever that was the devil was trying to do to me. I with be 35 in 13 days. God is so good.

I also thought the world was going to end any second of anyday and it cause panic attacks but it goes a little deeper with psychosis. I was Deemed mentally sick.

This message was God sent for me! I literally had the same thing happen after smoking weed and I thought I would die (I wasn’t a newbie to smoking so it wasn’t just a bad trip) but I felt panic and anxiety every time I tried to go to sleep and didn’t know that other people experienced this same thing in their own way. But this is exactly why God said He has not given us the spirit of fear but of POWER, LOVE, AND A SOUND MIND! I began to write a prayer out of scriptures about mind renewal and restoration and day by day those feelings went away. I have a better control of my mind because Christ renewed it, to God be the glory!

I suffer from anxiety, started in 2012, went away tgat same year, came back in 2023. The trigger was my relationship. I ended it but I was so mentally exhausted from it I have panic attacks here and there. I literally fall asleep to Jerry flowers videos every night to help me sleep, because I seem to get it at night and I pray. It has been working. Praying works. Praying for everyone suffering from it as well🙏🏼

Awesome word. Philippians 4:8 says, “Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things.” This has always been one of my anchor Scriptures when the enemy wants to bombard me with rubbish thoughts. I reroute my mind to think on these things. I also recite other Scriptures letting me know how God loves me and how he will never leave me to the desire of the evil one.

Sisters I'm dealing with this anxiety on another level. I just started going through perimenopause and I'm dealing with fear of going crazy and depression because of my hormones are haywire. Please pray for me. I just lost my job and car broke down a few months ago. And now this feeling of confusion and insecurity. I've been crying daily and I'm scared. Lord be with me and other women going through this anxiety.

The imaginations are from unprocessed trauma. I had anxiety, panic attacks, and suicidal thoughts for about 8 months until I submitted to my process with God and He has been walking me through the trauma in my life. I never processed my emotions through my whole life because I was never taught how to do so.

Anxiety is also a by-product of a toxic liver. This is a deep subject, but a lot of the time, the enemy is sneaky because these symptoms come from the need to fast from food, anger, pride, and stress. This will all burn your liver up. Before you know it, you're experiencing vertigo (which is a precursor to strokes), excessive irritation, and the need for validation. Daniel and Jesus had the right mindset, which was obeying God by retreating and basking in His word. Fasting and praying will help the body recalibrate. Then, right after that, eat foods that heal the liver. The body aligns with the tabernacle. Treat it as such to live a holy and vibrant life. I know all of this firsthand. God bless.
