When you basically say "You can't tell me what to do, I'm going to do what I want" don't be surprised when the Judge does what he wants.

Being angry at the judge doesn't make you seem innocent, even if you are.

They aren't false allegations until the court determines they are, and the court won't watch the video on your schedule. You'll get your day in court; in fact, you'll probably get several days in court, then several days in jail.

That one guy who couldn’t keep his mouth shut shouldn’t worry….McConico will let him out…he lets a lot out. This guy’s behavior should be punished….goes to show he’s not listening to anyone…..the attorney speaking for him needs to be quiet & slow the guy to say all he wants….even though I know she’s doing her job but the guy begged for it. Don’t think the guy will behave.

The bond should have been $50,000 cash. He deserves contempt and 1 year in jail on that contempt. This guy is dangerous and I hope the business owner protects himself from this menace to society.

They are using unproven allegations to try to put this young man down. He won't stand for it, and neither would I.

I love idiots. They screwy themselves, but will always say that the court “has it out for them because of…” reason. It must be hard to be a victim 100% of the time. I see this guy as a “victim of the system” in the making! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Let me reiterate what I typically say at some point out loud when I watch these: "Well, here's a thought, don't do s**t you shouldn't be doing and you won't get in trouble where you're in this situation in the first place, and then aren't happy w/ the outcome" (should be a shirt or something, lol) It's literally, "literally" that simple, yes it is, there's nothing more to it. There are consequences to all of your actions, big, small, medium, that is how things work. I am an INFJ, I like order, balance, efficiency, etc, and I'm sorry, but I just don't understand the appeal of doing things for the moment. Like, not thinking things through, not ascertaining what might happen if you do said act (which you should be doing prior), being spontaneous, I just don't get it. Anyway, the one person who you don't piss off, is the judge, the one who decides your fate. If you want to cuss them off out loud, etc, fine (even though you're the one causing the consequences, but, whatever), but do that when you're done and have left the court/zoom. Not liking the terms of the PR bond, okay, well, let me redirect you to the 1st paragraph above, lol. If you want to do whatever you want to do, that's fine (you shouldn't, but for the sake of argument), but then you better not complain in the damned slightest when you go to jail/have conditions. You automatically forfeit your right to complain about the consequence after doing improper/illegal stuff, that is how that works, period.

I feel sorry for his attorney in this video, the people who had the misfortune of being attacked by him, but most of all I feel sorry for Junior. Having someone who acts like this as your father has to be terrifying. His actions make me wonder if he is in anyway related to the pirate Captain Kidd?

Tell you what, setting a 20k bond, the conditions, and the tether, this judge isn't playing around. I like this judge, this guy keeps going back to this location, harassing people and threatening people, and wonders why he is being charged the way he is?????? He has no idea how the courts work, these conditions are set to keep the public safe, and keep him out of jail, and he wants to argue with the judge???? His attorney is trying her best to shut him up, and he just isn't listening!!!!!! I agree with you Mike, he is clearly demonstrating to the court he has no intentions of obeying the courts conditions, listen to how he is talking to the judge!!!!!

Wonder if he'll lose the power of speech if he gets a haircut?????
