The song is so good and intense and the clips syncing perfectly that it made me remember about how visceral is all the abuse akio inflicts onto anthy and utena and how utenas and anthys relationship is just so complex and deep god i love them so much utenanthy drives me Crazy. Holy shot, that music was spot on!! Very intense, I agree, and it reminds me that during every episode, every moment, Anthy is getting pierced over and over by swords. During duels, during curry, during class, during Nanami turning into a cow, all of it. Every one is just as sharp. I thought I'd seen a lot of Utena amvs. This feels raw and new. This is definitely in the top 10!!
As many others have said: wow an absolute banger. Where do you keep finding all these songs that fit Anthy so perfectly? I've watched your Tongues and Teeth video like a hundred times since I found it, and this captures all the things I love about that one again. The 'be kind to me' sections especially are....oof.

Ngl, this almost moved me to tears, I don't know what exactly sparked it but I do know this was one of the most beautiful and moving AMVs I've ever seen.
Its honestly been a while since ive seen as meaningful of an edit as this. (And i am biased as Utena is one of my favorite stories ever) This is why i cannot stop following anime music videos as a literal audio visual art form. Truly thank you for your work.
