Then they bring Dodge Challenger Final Edition part. 1, and then Dodge Challenger Final Edition part. 2, and then Definitive Final Edition, Definitive Special Series...
Don’t take this the wrong way😅. I see this type of comments a lot but I don’t really understand it (i kinda do in a way but😅). Because I heard nothing but Loud Noise😅😅
@@yahyaalhawati9540 yessir. My boy has one and usually he keeps it in the garage for the winter but on a clear day that mf will be flying up and down joy rd
godzilla would still smoke any black ghosts from a launch due to lack of grip on that massive torque + rwd. while on the other hand the godzilla are lighter + awd's demonic perfect launch.
You can find regular hellcats in the hood, making it more steal-able. Limited edition black ghosts will be inside a barn somewhere on a multi acre property owned by some 70-80 year old American man.
Feels like saying goodbye to the random kids you meet at a playground 2 hours out of town, you didn’t know them for long yet it hurts to say goodbye knowing you won’t see him ever again.
Lol this happened to me in Texas.... went there and made friends with a bunch of Indians and their family, they even let me stay at their house when it was raining one night.... I ended up losing touch with them 🤣🤷🏽♂️
Man I got to grow up watching these cars and ever got to experience one myself and now they’re gonna be gone before I get the chance . Sh!ts heartbreaking frfr.
Of all the “last call” models this is my absolute FAVORITE ONE!! The story if you haven’t seen it is incredible and this is one HELL of a last call! Keep up the incredible work Forest 🌳
The original black ghost was legendary for sure. I just watched a video of a few months ago where they actually tracked down the car and the owner. The owner unfortunately passed away and his son now owns the. Fun fact I believe the gator top was an option he picked that was very uncommon. Also he ordered it with a shaker hood but for whatever reason it came with the double vented hood instead. He got Dodge to eventually give him the shaker hood but he never put it on
Bruh it feels just like waving goodbye to your friend knowing that you won't see him again 💔 Wish I could have owned one of these Edit: I can't own one right now because of a 300 percent customs plus other charges in my country to import one But hopefully in the future tho
@@kusigaripwnr1314 exactly man like our generation missed so much of the things we never got to experience but still have fond memories of through "legends"
If you want to know more about the black ghost there is a video from a few years ago all about its history made by the guy's family and as of that video it was either being restored or was running(can't remember which). For a quick run down the original owner was a black guy from Detroit that worked as a traffic cop. He had a passion for street racing and fast cars. When dodge released the 1970 challenger you were able to go to the dealership and custom order the vehicle with a massive amount of options. This guy did that except unlike just about everyone else he knew exactly what he wanted, something fast, and he knew just what to choose to get it. The iconic gator roof was a mistake on the factory's part but he decided to just keep it. He would take the car out every once in awhile at night looking for a race and as soon as he got his fill he would disappear into the night, earning the nickname "black ghost". Based on what we know about his record he was undefeated in that car. Sadly he eventually did pass away and the car was left to rot in a garage for a long time. "Dissapear without a trace" That thing sets off car alarms *AT IDLE* If you try to sneak out with it you dont push it out the garage, you push it out of the *state.*
The OG "Black Ghost" was a bone stock Hemi Challenger with exhaust manifolds. It did NOT anything on the streets of Detroit in the 70's and it certainly isn't setting off any alarms
Because the government is making it mandatory for 50% of the US population to have an EV by 2035 and it’s making car manufacturers have more than half their lineup be EVs by 2035 some states straight up are banning ICE by 2035. It’s ridiculous.
If you ask me I don’t belive Dodge is going fully electric, I think everyone needs to just take a step back for a second and see what Dodge is gonna do, imo I BELIVE they are discounting the v8s but will change over to the next generation of power, twin turbo v6 OR supercharged v6, not completely sure but we shall see, if you think Dodge would really ruin ALL there profit margins by switching to electric when we’re no where near a fully electric society yet, your really gullible lmao
@Jackson Doherty you're gullible for thinking fully electric will ever be a thing there ain't enough lithium on earth to do that and if they mine lithium in space the price would be astronomical and no one would be able to survive.
I saw a documentary a long time ago on the 2000s that the car was mostly stock but the driver new how to launch it perfectly. The legend here was the driver.
Honestly, hellcats became so ridiculously over priced and the culture is so awful and they get stolen more than any car. I’m fine with it lol I’d take the 70s challenger any day
I hope dodge never stops making them. We need an OG muscle car company to keep it alive. I have a Tesla but there is just nothing like the feeling of American muscle
