The insanely expensive games on steam are actually a pretty common attempt at money laundering through steam, no one is intended to buy them except for the "developer" themselves. Sure they might get one or two joke purchases from curious people but it's not expected of people.
I've seen those monsters in the first game before! They're models you can buy to put in your games, animated series, ect. I think they were meant to be creepy toys or something.
I've actually seen a video covering this game in detail and finding out where the cover image is from. It's literally just a cover image for a premade asset pack with a chattering teeth toy slapped onto the clown's head. Look behind the teeth and you can still see the clown there lol
Day 16 of reviewing the UCN roster in order until uhyeah gaming daily uploads stop Springtrap Everything about this design is perfect. It is the ultimate villain of the series at his best. Nothing anyone does with FNaF in the future will ever top this. Rating: 11/10
Steam does not care what is on it's store page, they are very hands off, as long as its not actually illegal content like copyright infringement or a virus, Valve does not really care
@@NeilDegrasseTysonWithAKatana The only justification for a game to be 200 dollars is if the graphics are as realistic as real life and also an amazing story
just wanted to say that as much as I love these videos the bg footage makes me very upset bc you NEVER COLLECT THE COINS and that makes my adhd/ocd brain very angry 😭 other than that love your stuff keep it up :3
200 hundred dollars for a mascot horror is nuts. You know what else is a nut? Preston from Preston's Hourglass, and its a free game, you should play it
The “logo” for the game is actually a logo for this circus pack thingy but it says “scream or die virtual circus” instead of circus pack and it has generic teeth on the clowns head, and to make it worse they don’t even use anything from the pack in the game. So they essentially just stole the logo, wow.
There’s another channel that has actually covered this already (I’ll watch this one anyway though cause I like having your vids in the background), but the banner was quite literally an image ripped off google, the character on the right was also a part of it, and rather than editing it out or what have you, they just pasted an image of TEETH over the face. The other video goes by a similar title to yours if you’re curious on whatever other info there if to gain from this weird developer!
So, I got a brand new computer that can run spec heavy games, and I still have an idea for a Mascot Horror game. I just need to figure out how to use C# in Godot, how to 3D model a PS1 style creature, and tweak the FPS template controls to where it feels like how I would envision the movement be. Oh, and to figure out how the $@#! do I recreate the RE4 inventory, since that is part of the idea.
Almost forgot, I also need a authentic Ps1 Dualshock controller just so I could get a authentic feel with what I'm trying to do with the concept. Heck, make it have controller + mouse as some Ps1 games allow you to do that.
Hey I asked about this before but do you think you could cover Blue Line Entertainment/FNAF Blue Line? It seems like some sort of scam-mod based on existing FNAF works so I think that'd make good content.
I saw another video on this "game" the banner image with the bootleg Caine and the circus tent aren't AI. They're just a stolen image from a circus themed model pack with a plastic teeth toy plastered onto one of the clowns.
TBH this is actually kinda smart. They probably knew that if they made a really expensive game that sucked then RU-vidrs would buy it for content and it would become a trend.
Nah from what I have heard the grift around these crappy $500 steam games is a gray market G2A thing. So how the scam works is as follows. On gray markets like G2A one of the things you can buy are "mystery steam key loot bundles" that have a wide price range depending on how many games you want. For example $20 to get 5 or so random steam games that are normally worth say $35 of total value based on their normal steam price point. While it may look and seem like you are getting a good deal. You can probably see where this is going. All the games you will get in these bundles will be crap I haven even seen people getting multiple copies of the same crap game in one bundle. G2A wins because they got your money and they technically didn't lie about the value of the games im the bundle. The devs of these games win because somehow they get a cut of the G2A sale. From what I've seen these bundles can cost upwards of $200+ for like 50+ games totaling roughly equal to $500 in value or even more for even bigger bundles that supposedly offer more value. That's how games like this come to be. They are nothing more than crappy products/prizes for shady G2A steam key loot boxes.
You want to know something interesting about the digital circus ripoff game the image with the circus tent and the knockoff cane that's not their image they stole it from something else and edited it
Have you seen Spectator yet??? That game was terrible! There was clearly little effort put into the game and for some reason it's on the Nintendo Switch eShop!
@@peety0792 i'd ask you to tell me more, but from what i've seen so far it looks like the typical "genderbend mod", "r34 bait mod", "pokemon mod" (?) type of stuff
I'm just gonna have two of my comments in one 1. Jesus fucking crist why 200 dollars for a shitty mascot horror game 2. This is another reason why pirating games are still around
