I’m fully up for providing property for the gaps in the market. The capitalist in me says hit it hard and make some money and provide a great service. My heart says are we creating more issues for the country long term? I don’t know the answer either way. It’s easy to do a second side hustle to save a deposit. People are lazy. Disabled or people who don’t have capacity is different and need full support. But like universal wages I think it can stifle motivation to strive for a better life. I’m just thinking out loud… much respect to you both
