The suit she wore in the carpark is just like the suit they wear during training/fighting kaijus. Wearing two suits on top of each other won't do anything since one isn't actually covering you, so no she's just wearing the regular equipment but is using 40% of its combat power. She said earlier that she kills Kaiju as a hobby so she's definitely trained in a suit before which is largely why she's so much stronger than everyone else. The specifics around unleashed combat power will be explained but it affects both you and your gear you can see her shots are far more powerful than the others that's one benefit to having a large unleashed combat power.

You've got greater self-control than I, I've already read past this point. 😂 From what I've read so far, if they do this right, you probably won't have to worry about getting bored or being disappointed. I'm trying not to read too far ahead but it was really hard to put down.
