@@ibrahimmrad9111 After the first 24 hours, it is not really hard. Helps to have some support. Drink lots of water. Add minerals, take vitamins. Eat lots of salad before hand. Key for me was no sugar, no fruit juice. Good luck.

After many weeks of never ending pain and nothing but pure suffering at the inability to do anything (external hemorrhoids), this is the only thing that worked for me. @@JohnSmith-gi7jw I got mine on Amazon. In a previous video, Dr. Berg recommended the capsules. But I used the liquid and added a full dropper to whatever I happened to be drinking (water and tea). It worked great and my flare up disappeared after just a few days. So, capsules or liquid should be fine.

I had mild reoccurring hemorrhoids and I remember a nurse telling me they don't go away, but I haven't had them in over 10 years. I fasted and did a parasite cleanse and fungal cleanse, I just did 1 meal/day and I would fast 3 days every other weak. After about 4 months of this I lost 20lbs and my body healed not just hemorrhoids but other reoccurring issues.

What did you take for the parasite and fungle cleanse? When I was having horrible stomach and intestinal pains, fasting helped so much. I drank only teas specifically for digestion like oregano and mint teas. I felt so much better and lost some weight. I need to do another round of fasting but I'm educating myself more before I make it routine. Please help or give advice. Thanks in advance. Blessings.

@@quanita7116 It was 10 years ago so things were a little different in regards to the knowledge base. But I followed Dr. Hulda's regimen she offered a program for parasite cleanse and fungal cleanse. I couldn't afford the program, so I bought the ingredients individually, sometimes I bought the ones from her website, while other times I bought another brand. The regimen then mainly consisted of Green Black Walnut, Cloves and Wormwood but now there is more knowledge and newer regimes in include ingredients like neem and tudca. I wish I could be more helpful but it was 10 years ago and I did a lot of research then, it would require more than me naming random ingredients. You have to understand what each ingredient does and how it affects your body and the parasites. Some ingredients will kill parasites at certain stages like larvae or adult, then others are responsible for flushing your system. There are different websites now selling under the Dr. Hulda Clark's name I don't know if any of them are actually her. That was 10 years ago in recent times I use the products from "Global Healing". They have parasite and fungal cleanse. Wish I could be more helpful. But there are a bunch of great programs out there.

Thank you for helping to bring herbalism back. There's so many great channels on here for herbs. For me personally I used one of those mole rubber brands (smaller than the braces ones) and the applicator tool. Cost me less than $1 but I don't constantly have a H. Problem but I spent too much time surfing my phone on the toilet and exercise squats. Rubber band took care of it.

A nurse once told me her secret after I had my baby. Take cotton balls and soak them in a mix of witch hazel, olive oil and sea salt. (I can’t recall the ratios, maybe 4:1:.5) stick them in the freezer. When you have an eruption, stick one of those babies in your cheeks, and chill on the couch for about 20 minutes. (I recommend sticking a cloth between your garment or things will get oily). It worked fabulous for me

I had a hemorrhoid a year or two ago and I immediately searched "Dr. Berg hemorrhoids" found the older video on this topic and so I ordered some. Relatively quickly I could even feel the hemorrhoid shrinking or going back inside. With several days of treatment I think it was gone.

I had hemorrhoids at one point and needed surgery. The proctologist I had at the time said, “You keep using toilet paper and you’re going to pull them right out of your body.” Since that time, I have always used Cottonelle wet wipes and have not had a reoccurrence for more than 10 years.

Collinsonia root sounds more like a liver decongestant as opposed to a hemorrhoid medication. The main effect is on your liver, the incidental therapeutic effect is improving venous blood flow and thereby decongesting the perianal veins so they don’t become or stay hemorrhoids.

I have to say, I had a very painful hemorrhoid flare-up that was lingering for 2 weeks despite using prep H, witch hazel wipes, and numerous other treatments. I got a bottle of the liquid collinsonia and added it to my tea and water, and felt noticeable relief in the first day. By the 3rd or 4th day, I was right as rain. This stuff works! Thank you! Also, thank you for pushing me to get into kefir. I couldn’t do sleep nearly as good as I can today and it helps me to stick to good and sensible habits. It makes me more like a person and I get to keep more of my nutrients and apparently reverse the effects of DHT as well. This is thanks to your knowledge and I appreciate it. I simply don’t no longer need such behaviors as a crutch since I’m not waiting to go to sleep anymore. Thank you. Sleep was the x-factor kefir was the cure, change the behavior patterns to change behavior patterns! Thanks!

very easy way to treat that condition is to reduce the strain on the muscles... reduce forcing/pushing the faeces.. and to do that one would need to reduce the volume of the fecal matter.. and to achieve that one would need to reduce the intake of fibre (which is indigestible burden/ballast on intestines) and as an addition -> greatly reduce or eliminate other carbohydrates (as fibre is a complex carb -> many glucose molecules bound together)... when one does that -> within a very short time one will notice a huge relief/improvements.. 1) less frequent emptying the bowels (which by default means a relief for the digestive tract).. 2) much smaller volume of feaces.. 3) the stool softer, not irritable for the skin or vains -> no straining needed, ergo no cause for hemorrhoids.. to recap: throw away the fibre and your hemorrhoids will improve greatly very shortly up to even the disappearance ps. the improvement will be greater/faster if you reduce your sedentary lifestyle -> or implement more exercises (even as simple as a walk).. 👍💪💥

I haven’t tried this for hemroids- but I did try one of your recommendations from an earlier video you made, that was ‘Red Vine Leaf’ they would flare up before every cycle. I haven’t had them since taking red vine leaf each week before my cycle. Thank you 🙏

Watched a documentary on hemorrhoid treatment, in which the Chinese herbalist diagnosed a lung problem was exacerbating a man’s hemorrhoids. He treated his lung and breathing problem, and his symptoms went away. Just think about the “cough fart,” and this treatment makes sense.

My husband has had bleeding hemorrhoids for a couple of years. Getting more aggravated lately. I’ve had a hemorrhoidectomy 20 yrs ago and told him even though he’s bleeding, that surgery is last dig effort!!! My Hgb had dropped to 6!! Any how, as a nurse, I’ve flipped to functional medicine training and now am teaching as well. It’s been a God send. I was skeptical like the guy commented above, but tried this! Dr Berg notes: Collinsonia root is therapeutic for venous congestion, which is the stagnant flow of blood in the venous system. That is interesting! I tried addressing my hemorroids with my Dr. and all I got was yeah, you have had 5 kids and you have varicose veins so I'm sure you do have hemorroids. Use witch hazel pads or prep H. Your video is so much more helpful. I'm gonna try this and I wonder if it will help the varicose veins on my legs too. Thank you for sharing this!

My Doctor gave me Diosmin + Hesperidin for the bleeding and Bifilac Probiotics but it seems not working on me. It gives me a really hard time and also I’m constipated which make it even worse.
