Dude, i have a form of ADHD. It isn't that easy, if i have studied 2 hours with the pomodoro technique, i can't focus on anything anymore. Even Social Media is to hard to focus on. I'm screwing up my studies throug procrastination and my lack of focus. It is really annoying.
