I've been a college graduate for years now and I'm trying to motivate myself to study for IT Certifications to change my future career trajectory, I'm finding myself in a horrible position because I never actually learned to study in high school, and with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance you can imaging that there wasn't much studying to be done there either. So here I am nearly 30 desperately trying to learn a skill I should have had since my teens. Your videos are so helpful and nonjudgmental in helping guide me to how I can approach my goal. I know I have some healthy habits to establish before I start but I at least have a starting point now, and motivation to be patient with myself and keep learning.
I finally can understand how important my salat was in making my day productive just how it divides my day into chunks and helps in habit stacking, promoting rest and meditation and mindful movement along with spiritual connection, the more I research about mindfulness the more I look at my Salah and realized how much I've been neglecting the inner meaning of actually performing it, n I'm surprised no one sheds light on this topic,salat makes up our day and our life which is absolutely stunning✨ I've never been more motivated to bring such changes to my life and I'm grateful for it Alhamdulillah,,

Dear Mike, I am a highschool student who aims to get into a good medical college I would like to share my week of findings regarding sleep schedule and it's effects on my studying . I started to look for ways to be more effective since due to me having to move and a break in my usual study streak I couldn't continue classes for about a month and it took time to switch to online thing which set me back a few chapters in each subjects So basically I used to sleep 7-8 hours per day but on days when I study in large chunks of 3-4 hours I often get tired after the set and get sleepy which wastes my time during the day , I figured out that if I intentionally sleep for 1.5 hours after a study set of 3 hours and reduce my chunk sleep at night I get to be more productive during the 24 hr period . I have been doing this for a week now after finding out about segmented sleep So lets take a random day for example *4:45 >5:15 -morning routine , light breakfast 1) 5:30~ 7:30- CHEMISTRY *7:30~ 9:00 - sleep set 2) 9:30~ 12:30 - BIOLOGY *12:30~1:30- lunch, shower *1:30~2:45- sleep set 2 3) 3:00~5:00 - CHEMISTRY *5:00~6:30 - field activity /running 4)7:00~10:00 - PHYSICS *10:00~11:00 - dinner /family talk 5) 11:15 ~12:30 - Clearing backlog / end of day review * 12:45~4:45 - sleep This method has not put a lot of strain on me and has been going smoothly for a week but I don't know the long term effects and I would move to my old routine after clearing my backlog. Some people think others have the same study environment just like they have. No . They don't. Everyone doesn't have happy life. They have to take care about their family. Take all the responsibilities. Have stressful environment to study where freedom is just a word.

People tend to use the internet more for entertainment rather than for education. Most of the times only those channels which provide knowledge through means of entertainment get high amounts of views like Kurzgessgt, Vsauce, Veritasium and a few other channels which I'm missing.
