In addition to the brevity and conciseness of your videos, Felix, I also appreciate that you don't bury the lead. You come right out of the gate with the central idea. Also, I appreciate that you don't have music, either. Your content is maximally informative. Thanks so much.

I’m suffering with chronic fatigue & was given a prescription of iron to take 3xs a day. I know what the problem is, been telling the doctors for two years but they are so narrow minded that I’m left to figure it out on my own. I did a liver cleanse for the first time even & the gunk coming out of me is obviously so toxic that I now understand why I’m not absorbing vitamins & minerals properly. I’m two years into repairing my body from long covid & cptsd. Videos like yours really help me figure out how to fix my health problems & not make it worse. Thank you!

I’m taking bile acids/salts. And liquid milk thistle but not together. Make sure these are safe for you to take with anything else you are taking. Super effective. 🫶

@@coolbreeze3Long COVID is root cause I see. 4 years into after 2 years I recovered then was reinfected putting me into my 4th year. Be careful on iron ! If no deficiency stay away! Look into NMN by Do Not Age in terms of fatigue. However Hyperbaric oxygen therapy may help with fatigue which is bit pricey and has got good research. CFS respond well to oxygen as the mitochondria gets energy from it

Keep in mind that the body maintains homeostasis which is also called balance. When you decide to push too hard on one thing or treatment without supporting the other components, the body will lose its balance and when it loses it balance, it will cause problems in other systems. Felix describes B6 supplementation that caused problems, pushing on one B vitamin (or minerals or other treatments) will deplete reserves of other necessary factors. I have seen this multiple times. B vitamins in particular are supporters of metabolic pathways, so you can definitely change the course of a pathway. It is always best to use the full spectrum of b vitamins (and other nutrients) to maintain balance. Kudos to Felix for this information!

Great video. What I would love to do is to have some farm in beautiful nature and I would work there with people who have chronic/adrenal fatigue like myself. Simply natural way of live without EMF, stress from technology so no PC, Phone, TV, zero social media etc.. Just be outside all day. Do some physical work( how hard depending on your health) eat good quality whole food diet with zero junk.. At nigh sitting next to fire, chatting and go to bed early having nice and long sleep.. I think "program" like this can heal most people within couple of months. It is just important to keep the good changes even after it is over when you go home.. I also think most people after experience like that would completely change their live forever.. I am seeking this more natural way of life like crazy. But so far I don't know where to find it. Don't have money to just buy some place like that and to just go work on some farm. I think it would be too intense manual labor for me and I would crash hard again..

Lol. It's a LOT of work. The more you own, the more you have to take care of. It's a fun fantasy, but reality is very different, unless you have a lot of money to blow on easy solutions, which most don't have.

@@MeanOldLady Yeah that's for sure and I work on be crazy minimalist. Ideally I would just love to be a part of something like that. I don't need to own and run anything myself.. I just said that it would be great to have place like that for people with chronic health issues from unhealthy and stressful life that we almost all live today.. Most people can't afford to go on 3-6 month vacation every couple of years to relax and heal the body.. So the idea would be you would do some work there, but it would be in line with healthy natural living and healing the body and soul..

@@charlesfuchs So what? I am not saying that I live that perfect live to heal from chronic/adrenal fatigue right now. I am saying what is ideal and ideal is FOR SURE avoidance of technology especially PC, Phones and TVs. People think that they relax while watching intense TV show/movie or play PC games etc.. But in reality their body can't tell the difference if you just watch some horror TV show or if you are really fighting for your life.. So most people even while "relaxing" are under stress.. So I really don't know what is your point here? For me personally I know that it is wrong to be on the internet all the time etc. and I am trying to work on that. My goal is to really live without any technology. Just have a phone so I can call someone, but not for watching youtube on it hours a day.. But to achieve that I need to live closer to nature not in apartment building in the city.. If I am in nature I know I don't need technology. Especially if I can have animals around me etc.. But when you live basically in the prison. There is nothing left to do just watch into the screen all the time.. That is the life that gave me all the chronic health issues and I know that is not life I wanna live anymore..

Get an HTMA (hair tissue mineral analysis) test and a functional nutritionist said I was a "4 lows". Low in calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium. Funny I had been taking all of those in capsule form. Apparently not absorbing them. She had me get a "4 lows" compound mineral mix from Vykon Customs (includes a number of vitamins too) and it took away the strong fatigue I had. Not associated with the company in any way, but I'm a believer now. Look up the company, it has a fascinating history.

Always remember to first change your diet, eat more whole food especially superfoods like liver,eggs, add intermittent fasting and if it doeasnt help then try to mess with your biochemistry because many people dont have any idea about things that they are doing and boosting your nutrients supply from good diet sources will be especially benefitial because of high complexity of human biochemistry

"Always remember to first change your diet, eat more whole food especially superfoods like liver,eggs, " Really? Be careful with advice like this.. I had serious issues with chronic vit A and copper toxicity. Beef liver is extremely high in both retinol and copper. I was basically walking death for 8 years. Wanted kill myself. Now after 5+ years of low vit A diet I can function again.. So next time when you think you know it all and that what everyone should do PLS think about it again..

@@juleslund1515 it happened to you too? It's the B5, driving production of too much acetylcholine or something like that. Mold.. then acute and chronic stress on that! Vegan lifestyle and blood sugar issues made me weak. My liver struggling with the fructose. What I thought was "healthy sugars". Else I ate very "healthy" ..organic wholefoods which in itself was ok. But the high sugar content. I supplemented, but that wasn't enough.

The best way to balance your B vitamins is to eat a low carb diet and do some fasting, this prevents the gut issues that throw them out of whack.

Sorry, but your information, while I am sure well meaning, is SO far off base. To put "Reduce Toxic Exposure", which may very well be the SINGLE SIGNIFICANT CAUSE, last, is beyond ill-thought out. The data has been fairly clear that time and again people with CFS have been discovered to have some chemical, fungi, or other exogenous contributor to their declined health. And you put it last???? I for one, once mold was discovered and found to be reasonably the cause, our health began to improve ONCE WE REMOVED OURSELVES from its exposure. No "relaxing the nervous system" and other touchy-feely BS needed. Remove the poison, remove the problems. The other steps/stages are all fine for the HEALING process. But you first have to get past the POISONING stage.

Very interesting. So how do i actually heal myself? I am currently 80% vegan, doing breathwork daily, eating healthy and raw, no alcohol, no meat, no smoking, nothing…but i still have some health issues. What is the answer then?
@johndough8115
@johndough8115 3 месяца назад
Vegans are rarely ever very Healthy. The lack of Beef, tends to cause more issues than you think. In fact, it was basically an All Meat diet, that mostly cured my Leaky-Gut issues (like 97% cured, at the present moment). It took about 1 year of that diet, for my health to change. Before that point... I couldnt eat any: Wheat, Eggs, Dairy, Soy, Heavy Garlic, and a few other things. Each of them would set off some pretty radical Inflammation / Auto-Immune responses. Now... I realize that Im still mildly Gluten Intolerant... but I can now actually eat small doses of the stuff, without having to rush to the Toilet, 20 min. later... which was happening before. I can also drink milk, without getting massive phlegm, and no issues at all with eggs (they used to cause so much inflammation, that my bowels swelled up internally to the point where I couldnt go #2... for a solid 3 days (nothing could squeeze / pass through). Also, I no longer have any issues with Garlic either. The lack of Nutrients / Absorbable Nutrients in a Vegan diet... are just often not good enough.. and so the body starts to slowly degrade itself, over a very long period of time. Look up a lot of famous Vegans, and you will see a very similar tales. As much as they didnt want to eat meat... their health issues got so bad... that they tried a little meat, and almost instantly, many of their bodily health issues... vanished. You can also look up the comments in the carnivore / keto videos... and see hundreds of comments from former vegans... and how going on an all meat diet, completely turned their health around for the better. Breathwork... if It is what I think it is... is mostly for expanding lung capacity, and overall higher oxygen capacity levels in the body. I used to do some Yogic breathing exercises, myself. But FAR more importantly, and FAR more beneficial... I was doing daily 1 hour long, silent meditation sessions. Simply lay down, close your eyes, and count each inhale and exhale duration, in "Seconds", within your mind. It takes about 100 consecutive daily 1 hour sessions, for you to develop what I call the "Quiet Mind" state (about 3 months time. Could be a little longer, depending on each individuals progression levels). Where your mind is no longer a chaotic mess of distractions... like a pack of wild puppies running around inside of your head... pulling your mind in all sorts of random directions. Instead, your mind will become permanently Disciplined.. and Peacefully Silent. Only when you develop this state... will you ever be able to FULLY appreciate the "Present" (the "Gift"). FYI - You will start to feel happier and happier, each progressing session... but you might not notice until at least 2 to 3 weeks have passed. Then things start ramping up, gradually. I actually did this for almost a full 3 years in total. I Never missed a single nights session. In fact, when I first started out... sometimes I was doing two sessions per night. Once when I got home from a long night of work... and one more session, right before going to sleep. The biggest change was the Quiet Mind state, I mentioned earlier. However, I was also eventually experiencing some incidents of Premonitions.. due to my Subconscious mind being able to connect better with my Conscious mind. Your subconscious mind picks up ALL data, all of the time... but unless its able to connect to your conscious mind... that data often goes to waste. In fact, a non-disciplined subconscious mind... can actually work against your best conscious efforts in life. But once your conscious mind is disciplined, its starts to work obediently For you, instead of Against you. After the 3rd year, I was at peace enough, that I decided to do other things. I eventually took up Martial Arts, and fantastically developed the Physical side of myself. Within a years time, I went from a weak and clumsy dude... to being very fit, and very coordinated. By my 3rd year, I was hard as Iron (no longer a soft, underweight "Dough-Boy"), and had developed Masterclass levels of Self Defense / Combat abilities. Also wanted to say... that a little Wine here and there, shouldnt really effect your body in any meaningfully / impactful way (in fact, in some cases, it might actually be beneficial to your health). Its also especially great in dishes, like Marsala Chicken. Now... If you are drinking a half of a bottle of Vodka per night... now thats a whole other story. Smoking on the other hand, is always going to be detrimental.

@Heracleetus 3 месяца назад
@@darrenvail8726 yeah, it can produce miraculous results, that has more to do with cutting out things that either toxify or overwhelm an already unhealthy system, not because it's a healthy way to eat. It's just unlikely to be a safe permanent or long term diet for most people. Keto and carnivore are only recently going mainstream, so most people are unfamiliar with the long term effects. I was doing keto 10 years before the average person ever heard of it and it wrecked me. It seems like today half the clients of Prometabolic/bioenergetic coaches are keto and carnivore people who fell apart after several years on the diet. Even the influencers at the forefront of these trends, like Thomas Delauer, Peter Attia and Paul Saladino, are stopping the diets and adding back huge amounts of carbs while posting "I was wrong" videos. Antibiotics can have miraculous life saving results too. That doesn't mean they're safe to take every day.

An all Meat diet (for me, a hamburger ever day, minimum), mostly cured my Leaky Gut issues, within a years time (possibly sooner... but thats when I tested myself.. by eating things that used to cause massive reactions). Read the comments on Keto / Carnivore diets, and you will find thousands of them from Former Vegans... stating on how vastly their health improved, as a result of eating Meat in their Diets.
@Heracleetus
@Heracleetus 3 месяца назад
@@johndough8115 yeah, again, just because it produces a desirable result in the short term doesn't mean it's necessarily going to produce positive results in perpetuity. It doesn't produce positive results because it's good for you, it produces positive results because it's replacing things that are much worse for you that your body can't handle (toxins, dysbiosis, etc).
