Sorry, this isn't true. Chlorella does not draw minerals from the body. What is your evidence for even saying this? Nor does it interfere with mineral / nutrient absorption like activated charcoal. By all means, take minerals as well. But what you are saying about chlorella is false.
I always recommend liquid Vitamin D3 ... less filler and faster absorption. 10000 IU isn't a toxic level. I wouldn't take anything unless you get a yearly physical and get a full blood panel at least once a year. Just taking vitamins without knowing what your body is doing is just like driving with your eyes closed.

It would be great if you would tell us a few or at least a couple reputable brands. Ive never understood why these health experts wont devulge brands🤷♂️
Iron is the same that you can have too much but a blood test shows deficiency. As for copper … it’s definitely interesting how many people it helps with pain (when worn) what are your thoughts? The times I have supplemented with copper I did about 3x a week and felt great! Just wondering your thoughts how copper actually helps some people? It’s also fascinating to see people’s gray hair turn to its original color again after they begin to supplement with copper. What are your thoughts on this?
I'm using a powder that says it contains kelp spirulina and chlorella, I think it's from a good brand could this be safe ? I mixed it with water and I add seaweed flakes for minerals Is this a good idea what I'm doing?
@@daysoftheboo - No not the taste. I take spirulina all the time. After about an hour I start feeling nauseous and then feel bad for 10 or 20 minutes and then I violently expel all stomach contents. Then it is over. The first time I thought it was a fluke. The 2nd time the identical thing happened and I knew it wasn't. I don't think it is actually that unusual. There are warnings of potential nausea. I have an iron stomach, but can't tolerate chlorella powder. I used to take Sun Chlorella tablets with no issue. I wish he'd have talked about the difference between powder and tablets.
May be this is THE most important issue (low stomach acid production) in elderly people. Poor nutrition, drugs they get prescibed, stress and anxiety, poor quality of food or insufficient amounts due to not feeling hungry AND not enough stomach acid production causing them to even get more sick. Whereas the solution could be found in front of their noses.
MTHFR ? It’s really hard for me to supplement the Bs. I have MThFR like 40 percent of the population! TikTok has all these ads for methylated b but when MTHFR you can also have severe reaction when introducing Bs. I have been going very slowly introducing methylated bs. Definitely not taking daily. Very small amounts and titrating up, slowly. Also iodine, also slowly, a minuscule drop or two daily.
I don't believe you. My son's metal count (hair tested) is way down, and chlorella is the only chelator I've given. Edit: he's been taking it for about a year. I started giving it for body odor control. I'd forgotten about its chelating properties. He is 19 and has profound autism that affects his ability to communicate. I never did any aggressive chelation for fear of redistribution and detox reactions. We just retested last week. I was shocked to see his lead, aluminum and Cadmium have dropped out of the "red zone" and into the yellow. I retested with the thought that we might want to do DSMA with him. Now I'm thinking we may stick with the chlorella. We have a consult with his functional medicine doctor tomorrow.
@@Panazoniac had a look into andrew hall cutler's books on chelation protocol and hair testing? i can't (yet) speak from personal experience, but what he talks about with regard to the dangers of redistribution and the limits of hair testing, seems like a missing key element in the treatments!
@@artemouse2007 @artemouse2007 I'm familiar with his protocol. I'm not convinced ALA is a chelator. I know a lot of people who have done his protocol. It requires waking up every 3-4 hours to administer oral dosages. I don't have it in me. Sleep has been a major issue in the past. I don't think I'd have the bandwidth.
RE: Felix Advice on Detox: Found this out the hard way. For the last few years, I've done exactly what he says - support mineral uptake and elimination organs/functions - instead of predominantly concentrating on heavy min detox/chelation.
People GET TESTED. The benefit of getting tested outweighs the trouble of not getting tested. You dont give your body something you dont need. Too much of something is just as bad as not having enough. You spend MUCH less money over the long term and you give your body exactly what it needs rather than mindlessly giving it what you think it needs. Our body doesn't run optimally by guessing. It runs optimally by making sure it has what IT needs to work
5000IU is not a high dose. If you think that it is you are showing your ignorance. You need to look at research starting 100 year ago and work forward.
I took a test and my neurotransmitters are low serotonin and epinephrine and like histamine and norepinephrine. B12 is high and folate is high. Could it be I have this problem? Do I need a homocysteine and mtfhr test? I have all kinds of issues.. I feel off balance like im drunk. My reaction time is slow. My focus is off. Anxiety every day. Insomnia every day. Any suggestions. Thanks
