I would love to try some of these at some point! I don’t have a grinder for wheat berries, but I would like to get one someday! I do also like their dried beans. Which variety of honey do you like?

@@HomesteadOnAPrayer I’ve purchased the Berry Wildflower as well as Clover. Actually splurged on a 60 lb bucket recently. It’s funny, I almost never used honey or oil until I started baking all our bread. It’s been life changing. You’ll love milling your own wheat once you start. I recommend checking out Sue Becker for some great information.

Yes! I often try the smaller size first if it’s something I haven’t tried before, but if I like the product I’ll usually buy a bulk size the next time.

I really love them! I’m trying to avoid plastic wrap as much as I can, and I’ve been really happy with the beeswax wraps.

I got the orange blossom honey. Very nice. Never had honey that taste so orange. Delightful.

That can definitely be a challenge of ordering from azure - I’ve had times when an item would be out of stock during my order window for a couple months in a row, which can be frustrating! I hope you’re able to get the butter next month!

The butter is definitely my favorite! I love the bulk yeast too - it saves a ton of money over buying those tiny packets at the grocery store!

While I do love the idea of storing in glass, unfortunately I don’t have a practical way to do that at the moment. I’m using food grade plastic now, but I would love to switch to glass at some point!

I primarily use cheese in cooking, so grated works well for that. Sometimes we make melt sandwiches, and grated cheese also works well there, but it doesn’t work as well for a cold sandwiches, so if we’re planning on sandwiches I set some aside to slice instead.

The variety that I purchased was just labeled as cinnamon powder, but I see that they do have a range of types offered. I’ve been happy with mine - I’ve mostly used it in small amounts for baked goods so far. I’m not sure which variety is supposed to taste like cinnamon candies, but if you do try any cinnamon, I’m curious to hear which variety, and whether or not you like it! I wasn’t familiar with all of the types so I just got the basic cinnamon, but in the future I may be a little more adventurous and branch out to other types of cinnamon!
