Kaka never make any contribution for his country to win the worldcup In the 2006wc he had the chance to play alongside Ronaldinho but kaka had no idea how to link with Ronaldinho Did you see how Rivaldo had an easy time playing alongside Ronaldinho but kaka came in and Brazils attack was whack that is why France had an easy time knocking out Brazil In the 2010wc Dunga hands kaka the 10jersey but against the Netherlands kaka just disappeared. Based on talent I agree, but Pele had the better overall career. Injury is of course bad luck, but getting that fat? I remember at once stage my grandmother could run faster. As a child he was my hero in soccer tough, crazy to watch him in his prime.

Glad you mentioned Mane Garrincha "popolo allegre"... the joy of the people.. Kaka deserved an honorable mention, especially when compared to Cafu and Carlos, who made the list.. lol. Garrincha, as far as pure dribbling skill, deserves a place next to Pele.. I applaud the makers of this list. Great selection and ranking. Kudos for not showing the same bias towards ONLY goalscorers often seen on these rankings, even Fifa's. The great defenders (and goalkeepers in other rankings) should be included and ranked as you have done, based on their role, not goals scored.
