I'm from NY and have never been to Toronto but RU-vid's algorithm directed me toward Toronto real estate videos during the pandemic and now I know a lot about it and I knew every single one of those buildings.

I like those George Street condos. Great location

Chocolate Co Lofts is a hidden gem. Also 90 Sumach.

Interesting that you included 55 Front Street, though the building has an exterior which was scaled to fit into the historical area, over the years it seems to have not aged well (in my personal view). I was hoping to see 33 Lombard on your list, built in 2007, I like to think it was constructed at the cusp of when Toronto condo construction turned from high quality to crap. :)

What about the 570 Bay Street Condo "Motion building"? I see the list, you haven to chosen any of the building near Eaton centre. It seems local people don't like eaton centre area much. We chose specifically for this reason that eaton it home.

Can you do a video for finding a 1bedroom apartment within a budget say 2K?

I would disagree that Lamb builds quality buildings. Maybe that is the case with some (depending on the construction company) I think they look good overall but I owned one that had a big design flaw. But you can do much worse than a Lamb building. Charlie is nice but I do remember it having an issue with the garbage chute stinking. Not only have I heard about it, but I experienced it a few times. Hoping they fixed this. 75 Portland is a beauty. 510 King I've actually heard bad things. There's a video of a flood there. Just not well built IMO and this is the case with a lot of Streetcar's buildings at the time. VU is very good. Well built. A lot of different layouts. Some units with 10ft ceilings. Standard finishes were pretty cheapish but that's not a big deal. Overall good list. I've been in all of these buildings.

What do you think about 15 and 55 merchant’s wharf?

interesting that none are north of Queen on your list - is that a coincidence or is there a specific reason for that? Also, do any Yorkville condos make the list? (obviously just north of Bloor)

Hello, what’s your view on Malibu Condos ? 600 Fleet Street. Largely owner occupied and doesn’t allow short term rentals And any views on parking buys these days (post Covid)

These are all great buildings but tbh I hate loft style so I would never pick those for myself.

60 loft on bathurst . It’s literally owners dream because there is almost no amenities . Super well managed !

Can you rent in those buildings ?

a good list, but hard disagree on 224 king west. high rises are planned west, east AND south of it! terrible views for the majority of residents...
