The idosing honestly just makes me calm. Even the tracks claiming to have effects similar to psychedelics are nowhere close to the real effects of lsd and dmt. I like listening to them while tripping though. It can enhance your trip.

u guys are dumb... idose instructs users to focus intently on the wawawawas to obtain the effects of the drug. in reality focusing on these frequencies doesnt do much if anything at all like they say it does. however, blocking out light, lying down, and keeping your mind quiet by focusing on the song for a hole hour at time *does* cause the release of melatonin and causes relaxation.... in fact, this is already a practice that is in every society.... its called meditation. what idose as a company does, is sell random tones to you at very high costs and basically tells you the instructions of how to meditate. then, they tell you that they are the only source from which these tracks work. its a scam... but please if you try over and over to meditate but your brain starts to wander (like me), go see a psychiatrist bc u may very well have adhd. (dont be like me and wait until your early 20s, almost ruining your life before going... depression, loneliness, and destructive behavior become much easier for the brain to develop (called a comorbity). this is due to it having self reinforcing behavior. if ur like me u should get help. having adhd as an adult is so hard, bleak, lonely, etc., because your short attention span puts you at a hinderence for practically everything to do with adulting. see, i must have adhd, im rambling.
Best not to start ambien, but it tends to be when people take it too late or develop resistance and think they are fine. Worst is losing recuperative sleep and REM cycles after years of use.
Shrooms and dmt changed my life. I was depressed, had severe anxiety, couldn't sleep at night and had social anxiety. The next day after the expience I felt perfectly fine. It's be 2 years now and I'm still feeling great

I was prescribed Ambien (Zolpidem) for while until I drove in my sleep and hit a parked car. Just the thought of what could have happened without being in control of my actions terrified me enough that I never took it again. They switched me to Lunesta which was actually just as bad. Doctors really need to start just giving us insomniacs weed. The side effects of the chemical pills given are all horrible

My experience had me laughing at a shadow man that walked out of my closet, smoked some weed in my corner, and then I started seeing ti dye in his monocle. Also, my ceiling fan turned into a shark that sort of just chilled on my ceiling. Strangely enough, I was able to be rational during all of this, even though I was constantly laughing, but I remember thinking it was like hours long, even though it was a 15 minute video.

Yes, synesthesia is a mental disorder that causes the wrong parts of your brain to be linked to different senses. For example, petting a cat or dog could taste like mayonnaise. The sleepwalking doesn't happen to everyone and a lot of the people also tend to take it with alcohol which is directly against the directions of the medication so they're kinda screwing themselves in that situation.
I have pretty bad insomnia as well. Sometimes after I take it & wait to fall asleep, I end up on Twitter saying the craziest shit ever. Then wake up the next morning dying of laughter. One time I went on a rant about how much I hate Donald Trump at 1:30 in the morning, & woke up like "what tf was I on last night". The only time I ever had amnesia is when my mom gave me $80 & told me to go to the store & get stuff for breakfast & dinner on a Saturday morning at 8 a.m. She got back home around 3 that day & said "how much did you spend at the grocery store?" I'm like "what do you mean? I didn't go to the store today." She said "Jasmine I gave you money this morning & asked you to get food. you said ok." I said "is that what the $80 was for?" Lol

I was on Zolpidem for 3 months for my eating disorder related insomnia. They were downright the best nights of sleep I ever got, that I needed to clear my final exams in Uni. Thankfully, I never got addicted. I stopped soon after when I actually looked up the effects online. I did have random moments of memory loss, though and my roommates freaked out when I had a full blown conversation with them and remembered none of it the next morning
