Abedi Pele was a great football player in the world ,he was playing during the best period of football game in the world ,Diego ,Vanbasten ,Roberto baggio , He missed the world cup as a player ,in his time Ghana hasn't gone to world cup , As for me a player who has the same style of playing thye ball is Robero Baggio ,they look the same ,but I would prefer Abedi Pele than R.B Abedi Pele sacrifaced to honour his ghanian Shirt ,he was brave and couragous
Where is Dan Kwasi Owusu of B.A United, All time leading goal scorer for the black star(unfortunately Gfa didn't keep good records for the black stars around his time with the black Stars). Robert Mensah not found in the top three(one of the best goal keepers in the history of African football) well I don't understand, but we practically grew up singing Robert Mensah song. He is Ghana's best keeper ever. For three Ghanaian players will rank as Abedi Ayew Pele, Baba Yara, Robert Mensah.
With the exception of former winners of the African Footballer of the Year award, the list seems to be mostly limited to recent players who played in Europe. For instance I don’t think Osei Kufuor deserves to be on the list if Joe Odoi and the Paha brothers are not. I also think George Al Hassan, Dan Owusu, and Opoku Afriyie are miles ahead of Anthony Yeboah and Asamoah Gyan. Meanwhile Adolf Armah and Papa Arko will give Essien a run for his money.
Robert Menash was the best ever. Maybe you intentionally left out goal keepers but Robert doesn't come second fiddle to anyone. Aggrey Fynn was not mentioned at all. Osei Kofi stood tallest among these players. Go back and review the books, please.
