The final boss in pikmin 4 was really easy. Just use the purple pikmin for the tail and use oatchi for the thunder fur balls

I’ve actually attempted to beat the Sirehound without Oatchi and without any deaths (except maybe from glow) and Its attacks are practically nearly impossible to avoid without the dog. Obviously the first phrase is the easiest one due to how it attacks; you only have to keep running and call your Pikmin if they are bothered by the falling rocks or Sirehound itself. The second phase is as hard to avoid as the rest, but it isn’t lethal at all, since the Sirehound doesn’t immediately attack, so take your time and throw purples at its tail. The third phase is where things starts to get harder, as the Sirehound will IMMEDIATELY attack when someone is electrocuted. Also take into consideration that the obstacles that the fur balls gives is so hard to avoid without Oatchi, making not only common to have your Pikmin electrocuted, but making harder to not having any casualties (believe me, I used the rewind time feature the most in this phase). So whistle to your Pikmin when that happens and have purples at hand when the Sirehound catches Pikmin to save their lives. Also it’s a good idea to not bring every Pikmin to the battlefield just to have a easier time (preferably bring only purple, yellow and glow) In the fourth phase it’s a must to have every Pikmin with you, since his fire ring attack is the only attack that goes outside of the battlefield. Also, you have to be ready to whistle your Pikmin, since they will be hit by the fire ring anyways. But, be careful with the fur balls; since they can SQUASH your Pikmin if you’re unlucky enough. Lastly, the gloom phase. Here you have to dismiss every Pikmin except for 2 purples (and all the glow ones you have) to transverse through the gloom. Avoid the gloom and gloom attacks (and roar) from the Sirehound and you will be fine. Once it is down, call the entire squad to deal more damage. Then go away and dismiss them again and rinse and repeat. Good luck and thanks to assisting this Ted talk.

Am I the only one who didn't struggle with it. Although i did play loads of Pikmin 2 so I know when to bail before the roll.

@@Sn0ringthe problem is that if you use purples (probably the strongest type in the game, and what is recommended), some are so slow that they literally cannot follow oatchi to the geysers fast enough and get crushed.

bro fr one time the waterwraith dropped down and I was still able to carry back the last treasure, pikmin 4 is fun as hell but dear lord is it easy

@@WS48L That area was very easy nut i wouldn't say Pikmin 4 as a whole it's definitely a difficult game at times I'd dare to say more than 1 was not 2 tho bc 2 is a menace but there are areas like the final cave for instance and honestly the lock on system made the game harder rather than easier bc it doesn't work very well and you can't turn it off but ye I literally have 2 videos memeing on waterwraith lol

@@myself3412 it does have a lot of difficult areas and the autolock sucks but most the time its pretty easy mainly since its focusing on "Dandori" which is honestly really fun, probably the hardest part of the game would be the Sage Leaf Trial, that's pretty challenging
