Eeeeeveryone loooooooves ranking guitarists…. Nowhere in the guitar community is there a more ubiquitous question as, “who do you think the best guitarist of all time is?” Usually to be followed by a few hours of raucous debate…….. But that’s not entirely what this video is about…… Today, I wanted to take a look at the most IMPORTANT guitar players to ever pick up an electric axe……. In a sense, these are the guitarists’ guitarists, the trailblazers and inventors who would set off small six-string revolutions in their own right……. They are not always necessarily the most technically proficient nor did they always sell the most records……. But these are players without whom we would not have what we have today…….
