Well you're restricted from using his Self Destruct super in story mode.

Ike Kimita, on other hand, it helps some ppl a lot to save time in Story Mode. At least on Normal dificulty.

You can't make a list like that mostly because of the Damage Scaling. In fact, it's nearly impossible to do a "Most Useful Supers" list because all of these are situational. They can do more or less damage when applied to combat and most of the Level 3's are made to punish bad behavior like spamming or Aggressive Opponents. Hell, 16's Level 3 is intended for people who abuse attacks and/or Raw Level 3's. But if you want to whine about it, I'd say that the most versatile Level 3 to use is the Final Flash. Since it can be done in mid-air and can be a combo finisher. Otherwise, it would be better to stick to Level 1's. And if you want a "Best Setup Tool", it's Goku's Level 1 aimed downwards, as it leaves the opponent on hard knockdown and can do way more damage if followed up with Warp Kamehameha than Goku's Level 3.

I Watch RU-vid yesterday i did the father son kamehameha and this guy did the self destruct on me on reaction and he jumped thru it and grabbed me and killed me from full health i was dumb founded i had no idea it did that much damage ive never seen it until yesterday

True,granted that LVL 3 is situational,you rather need a LVL 1 to combo off of or the regular spirit bomb max level to do it
