The other thing I love about having her there is she is a total noob and a total dork (in the best way), but she is interested in learning and honestly trying to taste the way they do. Where are the classics in that list? Jack Daniels, Jim beam, Wild Turkey, Jameson etc, etc? I've never even bought one bottle of anything on that list. But I have for the classics.
I think it is not on the list because the list is from an online company. Jameson is found in every licor store so people that drink jameson just get it in the store. I think people that order from an online company are ordering there because they cant find it easily in the store

I liked this channel before Briana came along, but she has quickly become the funniest character out of everyone. Her quirkiness needs to be protected at all costs, she always cracks me up!
Great content as always guys and it's real nice to see Brianna become a staple cast member recently. She just brings something to the videos u can't get anywhere else and it really works. With her yall might be able to snag a docuseries from Netflix or cable company. I know I can't be the only one who wants to see the daily running of this distillery.
Whiskeys that are a must on my shelf: Lagavulin 16, Red Breast Cask Strength, Glendronach 21. I take ages to drink them, but once they're out I always re-order them. Bulleit Rye and Bourbon I buy in bulk though, cause of cocktails.
Right now, it’s regular red breast, port Charlotte 10, highland park 12, balvenie double wood I use Buffalo trace for mixed drinks because I have it and I don’t want to drink it straight.
Rex, we need a do-over on this drinking game but instead of the "hard K", use Daniel's OH-Most (almost). By 1:45 into this video Briana would have already sucked back that whole glass (two OH-mosts) but you would've had nothing to mooch! Great video R, D and B 👍

Outside of the chaos Briana brings (for which I love her) She's got quite an interesting ways of describing things. Pixie stick was a "Hey I know that down to a T" moment for instance.

I asked my liquor store for Buffalo Trace so many times they finally got it. Very good and little to no burn which I enjoy. I've also tried Red Breast 12 since watching. Love the show.

Jefferson's Ocean is a 30ish dollar whiskey sold on a gimmick for an extra 50 or so. It isn't bad, but for 80 bucks a bottle it gets beat by WT 101, Knob Creek 9, and Maker's 46 EVERY day.
it's the Waco "Hard G". It was quite prevalent starting in Daniel's age group to about ten years younger. My nieces used to annoy the everlovin' shit outta me with it. the "Omost" for Almost was also pretty common in the area.

The best tip/trick that was told to me really got me enjoying whiskey straight. It is to let the first sip sit in the front of your mouth for about 10-15 seconds. Let the burning subside a bit then swallow that first sip. The rest of the experience is more enjoyable.
I wonder if the blue label is up there because it's being bought for gifts.... like as a business thing that gets written off or something. It's safe to give out when you want someone to instantly know it's relatively expensive.
Never been impressed by JW Blue. Love the Gold. If you want a daily Scotch try Glenlivet Founders Reserve. Better than Blue IMO and only $40 instead of $200+.
I'm surprised data showed that JW Blue beat JW Green or the new relabeled JW 18 Ultimate (old Platinum). I think both are superior to Blue....not that I would turn Blue down, but the quality and value you get for Green and 18U us outstanding for blended class. As for single malts, Mac 12 is my go to....althought I tend to go for sherry cask over the double oak...but both are great...and I think the 12 is better than the 18.

101, Rare Breed, Early Times, Hibiki Harmony, ECBP, EC Toasted, JDSBBPR, Jameson Stout Edition and Red Breast Cask Strength are some of my daily drinkers….I love FLAVOR amd steer clear of watered-down (IE: greedy) thin, weak-flavored money grabs. I will pay more fore the pure FULL FLAVOR AND FULL STRENGTH STUFF ALL DAY EVERY DAY!!!!!!
I feel like Tin Cup is underrated, but I don’t drink it straight. I make an old fashioned most nights, and each week I’ve been trying different whiskeys like Ezra Brooks, Templeton Rye, and other similar grocery store $20-30 whiskeys. And in my unscientific research, I’ve been gravitating back to Tin Cup more often than I thought I would. So, give it a try, or let me know your favorite Old Fashioned mixer.
Great show as always. Funny how you guys always talk about Buffalo Trace being hard to find and stuff. I just got Hibiki Harmony for $62 and 1.5 liter Buffalo Trace for $39.99 at a local Costco here in San Diego. They had at least a pallet left of each. I could not walk by it without getting it.
Jefferson Ocean is awesome, cool story plus tastes amazing. The Uncle Nearest 1856 is the best Tennessee whiskey we’ve had so far! Such an upgrade compared to Jack.
What about all those folks who use their whiskey in a Coke or somethingk? I mean, if I'm gonna drink a whiskey...BY ITSELF, I'm good with several from your list...and many that are not. But, I'm not mixingk somethingk like a Whistepig into a Diet Coke to enjoy on a hot summer day with my feet up on the deck. Jim Beam, Wild Turkey, etc..sure. MacAllan, Oban, etc...not so much. Just sayin'. You can't tell me that your run of the mill Jim Beam, Makers Mark, Jack Daniels, Crown, etc. aren't on the top 10! I call shenanigans!
Elijah and Woodford are pretty interchangeable for 30$ ish bottle. McCallan 12 is the prince of overrated whiskey and Johnny walker Blue is the fucking king. There’s 50$ scotch that brings more to the table.

As someone that has a really bad sense of smell I really enjoy listening to what everyone is smelling and I'm just sitting here and yeap that makes no sense to me at all.
Woodford has moved to my favorite American Daily whiskey brand. Besides their standard bourbon I love their other offerings like the wheat and malt. The straight malt is my favorite Daily. And always value priced.
And to think she was once upon a time a "noob". She has come a long way. "Dusty jerky grass smoothie"? I would have never thought of that, but compared to Brianna, I have no discernment. But what I lack in expertise I make up for with enthusiasm.
