Love your channel! What does each species provide in *profit* for these sales? Our goal is a very small operation where we sell just enough to cover the costs of what is going into our own freezer. We will start with chickens (both meat and egg) and rabbits. We also plan on doing 2 feeder calves and 2 feeder hogs each year. We're open to doing more/different if the profit is significantly higher for a specific species.

It would have but we do mostly cut ups or we would need to produce more chicken. And that does need to happen.

Great information. It would also be great to know your profit after processing costs? It sounded like you have a butcher. We have been building up our farm for the past couple years since we moved onto our 18 acres of forested land in Northeast Texas. We have chickens, Nigerian dwarf goats, KuneKune pigs and Quail. My husband thinks we should focus more on the pigs and Quail for profit.
