He has written five best-selling books on hiring and a successful job search. He has been a frequent guest/expert on The Dr. Phil Show, and Fox Business News, and is frequently quoted in national newspaper and magazine publications as an authority on careers. He holds a PhD in higher education administration from St. Louis University and resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife, Chris of 47 years. They have four grown sons and three grandchildren.
