First challenge I've watched you do where the struggle is real. Considering the Michael Phelps meal is FOUR DAYS WORTH of calories for a well built guy in his 30's, that was insane to eat in under an hour. Beard, you are a machine.

especially with all the energy drinks. they don't even really provide that many calories and provide waaaaayyy too much caffeine. If he just ate a tad bit more but opted for water I think he would've been much safer
I once did a protein shake boosted up to 5000 calories, and straight after I felt like I was having a stroke and I had to lie down for a few hours. To imagine doing another 19 shakes after that is beyond my comprehension
Love how even at the end he's still enjoying himself and not taking it too seriously. Like he honestly enjoys doing these things. Others just complain constantly and so clearly do it for the views only. This channel is so legit.

@Rude One I learned that. I didn't die obviously but I almost did. I was exhausted and had 10 shots of espresso and coffee with tons O' sugar in it. My stomach hurt for days, I had heart palpitations and a terrible headache. I should have gone to the doctor but like a typical American I decided to tough it out.
Never noticed it before, but it's hilarious how you physically change in appearance throughout the course of the 100k cals. I know how the body works in relation to that and have experienced myself, but didn't think I'd see it before my eyes in a video haha. You deserve a like for the suffering.
I binge watch these and I'm vegetarian and don't eat fried food 😂. Still oddly enjoyable to watch and Adam has a great personality. Hope everything goes well for your dad!
I’m on permanent IV meds, so I don’t get to eat a whole lot. I’ll vicariously watch thru these videos, when I’m trying to motivate myself to eat (or can’t eat). Seems counterproductive but it works 😅 There might be some truth to the “by proxy” comment above 😂 My PCA just had bypass as well, she definitely hit some tough spots, I could see how these videos could help 🤷🏼♂️ All the best to your dad!
the cheesecake part reminded me of the scene in matilda where the kid has to eat a entire chocolate cake and gets slow with the last few bites and finally finishes it and is relieved 😂 also if you know the scene you know they bring out a crap ton more and when it went to him groaning with the food in front of him again after i snorted. dude youre a trooper i literally couldnt do this like my body would reject it and id puke after every bite(i know cos i tried to do 10,000 cals in a day once and didnt make it past 4,000 before my body was forcing food back up lol couldnt eat for like 3 days after) you shouldve ate some good ole anti heart burn pills inbetween meals 😂😂

This is a random thought, but as much as I honestly don’t enjoy food from the UK (I was raised with an American palate where everything is drenched in three times as more salt and sugar), I love that the sweets from there often have lots of cream, butter, toffee, and/or banana. Those are like my favorite things with desserts and you oddly don’t see it too often in America by comparison.

Neymar JR you're not qualified to make these statements. A) a human body does not require exercise to burn calories. A comatosed patient burns a certain number of calories based on muscle mass. The human organs require calories to function; in the event of a fast, the body turns to blood glucose, and then fat stores to maintain function. B) Dietary fat do not translate to fat gains. Think of the body's blood sugar as a thermonemeter(when it reaches it's peak the excess calories are stored as fat, fat(lipids)storing as such while the body will process carbohydrates and lastly protein through the liver into said lipids if calories are excess of what the body has burned in a certain period of time. That said, a lack of carbohydrates is the simplest method to maintain weight loss as fats take longer to digest, leave one more satiated, and have no effect on blood sugar levels. 3) these competitive eaters use a combination of laxatives and eating disorders to maintain their weight as it is scientifically proven that a man of his size and weight would have to fast 100 days of the year or run 15 miles a day with an average speed of 6 minutes per mile to burn the excess calories consumed. You shouldn't be giving advice when you clearly have NO idea what you are talking about.
