I hate how everyone’s always judging her for making the rational choice. Without Clarke the human race would’ve died a long time ago.

I don’t understand why everyone hates on Clark like she’s honestly such a complex character... she’s alway constantly trying to save everyone but then is told that she can’t save everyone and that it’s okay...then getting judged for not saving EVERYONE... give the girl a damm break😭

People talk so much about Clarke but they don't seem to realize how fragmented her character is. This girl has been through so much. It's simply heartbreaking to see the development of a teenager (considering that when it all started, she was one) being so judged by the fandom. All the decisions imposed on Clarke (although some were hypocritical, that I agree) are extremely difficult to handle. Choices break people, especially if they are judged by other people subordinated to it. The video it's a masterpiece. The title it's the truth. Clarke Griffin is selfless. Everything she does it's for the people.

When they were escaping the radiation she was the one who decided who of her people lived and who died. Unless you count the people who killed themselves. She did it because no one else had the heart to do it themselves. She was the one who sacrificed herself- even though she didn’t know if she would survive- to get her friends into space. Clarke was always the leader even if someone else had that title. Even though there were times when Clarke was annoying and made the wrong calls she saved her people in the end, loosing her family, lovers and friends along the way. And yet they treat her like crap. They have no right to judge her.

I've always thought that Clarke was admirable for making the rational and logical choices, no matter how hard they were, so thanks for this video! It truly honors the hardships she's been through.

I love how the video comments on Clarke's actions with the phrase "for my people" but at the same time the lyrics comment on her inner feelings with the line "I don't wanna be you anymore". What a subtle but meaningful thing to add. Bravo, really.

Everyone makes her the monster but they made her that she was just a kid and they put so much pressure on her having To save them all

This is such a great vid. I really love Clarkes character and was pretty surprised to find out so many people hated her. The thing about being in a position of power is that you can't make everyone happy no matter how hard you try. Clarke sacrificed alot of lives but also saved so many. Do you really think that 100 could have all survived with just Bellamy alone? Because I sure as hell don't. Especially considering his first priority was always his sister over everyone else. Clarke wanted to protect everyone. She had good intentions and learned quickly that there isn't good guys and bad guys. It's just a bunch of people who all think they're in the right and will kill you for being wrong. In the situations she experienced, morals are irrelevant. That's was being a leader is and people who haven't held power don't understand that.

I wish Octavia would've kicked Clarke's ass when she stole the bunker, and again when they opened it. Sure, Clarke says she does everything for her people, but "her people" are whoever she can use at the time, even McCreary. Giving him the upper hand in the war was bearing it? Clarke's a hypocrite. She always will be. Look at her mother, telling Octavia to break Kane so the others would follow. Then he had no problem blaming it all on Octavia. Still does. Anyway, Octavia's people are all people. It turns out that it was Octavia who saved the human race. #FORBLODREINA
