Chances are you get interrupted during this as it takes so long to cast, unless you found someone on their own that late in the game and they didn't have a bkb, force staff, euls, glimmer cape, any ability for mobility, the list kinda goes on haha. You could add a hex, but then you likely wouldn't bother using the tornado and 11 spells would absolutely murder anyone that isn't a bristleback stacking HP haha.

Lol what? They could use bkb literally any time. I didn't use a hex. This isn't realistic in an actual game, you would use hex, emp, meteor, blast, refresh, hex, meteor, blast, emp, sunstrike in an actual game.
