Joey, you absolutely HAVE TO put some jungle val in the back. Once it gets flowing, it would be the most perfect possible plant for this scape, I guarantee it.

The Giant one would work well, its a little thicker and it grows really easy even in sand as it grows in my tanks of mediocre light and sand only bottom

Maybe with some aquasoil added, giant Val loves fertile layer. But I've seen a couple of videos where Joey tried (giant) Val and it didn't take hold. Of course there are other large plants which could work.

Good point about Altums, they get so tall 2feet (60cm) water column is said to be a minimum for them. Most people keep them in 180gallon and not much bigger, bare bottom, sometimes with large potted swords, sometimes Black water. They will appreciate huge tank they are getting! It's coming together nicely.

Why not have Both filter outputs on the left side and both inlets on the right side? Have all the water move from Left to right. No dead spots and probably more of a river type setup.

Tank looks great 👍! After you add the angel fish, you should add a pair of your best geophagus. They do great with Angel fish and will keep your substrate clean. I’m sure they will breed in there as well.

Since its so big you should put like places fry are safe from other fish even if its plastic box things under rock with stone around it and open at the back. That way a lot of cory fry will survive, i'd add cherry shrimp also which will congregate on the moss and clean it and hide in it and breed and a lot of the babies will be food for fish. Unless you are putting in too big a fish they'd eat adult shrimp.

This is amazing. Been watching your channel since day one your dedication to this is just fantastic. Just me, but I would have done the colour black? - angles will be cool but what about white cloud mountain minnows and hillstream loaches with lots of fast flow. - could stack up the rocks on the left hand side so the water really flows fast over the rocks into the winter column to make it a stream. - Once adding the sand could add larger gravel close to the river stone to really give it detail that could just set it to look really natural. Dennerle do smaller pebbles/gravel that will match the riverstone nicely. Hope I'm being helpful. Respect bro!

Oh man I like how you took inspiration from the 375 Rainbow tank from a few years back but I thought it would look amazing if it was a kind of central scape but maybe the central beam would disturb the look of it! For other plants id go ruby and melon ozalot swords they will give a nice contrast of color for the moss they get big but the still allow the angel fish to swim though find refuge if they are stressed and yhe swords have massive root systems that when they grow in to the space would offer a lot of nutrient export plus extra living surface for beneficial organisms to thrive on as well not that its necessary the moss will have a huge surface area

I think a school of Gold Laser Cory's would be perfect for a clean up crew. And they are a very entertaining fish. I have some and they have gone from 2 to 10 in my tank lol. They definitely are striking when the light hits them right.
