Sí, "mucho" es un adverbio, no un adjetivo. Hay otras palabras, que no son adjetivos . Tiene que decir pequeño, mas pequeño y El mas pequeño con todos adjetivos.

Hola BrendaHey, I have discovered something that I didn’t know before. When I read articles on Yahoo, I can toggle back and forth between Spanish and English on my iPad. I am really enjoying it. People may need to go into SETTINGS and click on GENERAL, then LANGUAGE AND REGION and add ESPAÑOL to do this. I chose the Español (Latinameicano) option. When I am reading an article on Yahoo, there is a set of capital A’s (one big and one smaller) to the left in the web address box at the top of the page. When I click those, a drop down box appears. In that box I get a “Translate to Spanish” option. And when you go back to that box you can go back to “View Original” to return to English. I discovered it when I found out you can have your iPad read articles out loud for you using that drop box. But I haven’t figure out how to get it to read in Spanish yet. But I am using it a lot to work on reading Spanish. I can read one paragraph at a time and check my accuracy really easily. I only read one paragraph at a time because I find it hard to remember much more that that when toggling back and forth. Just thought you might find it worth sharing. ¡Que tengas un buen día!

It's always a pleasure to listen to Brenda. She has a nice voice, she speaks distinctly and slowly so that a Spanish learner can understand. Unlike common hispanohablantes who speak like they swallow all the words.

We speak at a normal speed which is around 9 syllables per second. Chileans can say almost 10 syllables per second. Brenda must be speaking around 6 syllables per second. English has a speed around 6-7 syllables per second.

Brenda, hi this is Robby one of your students in the Spanish Fluency Club. I just want to echo the sentiments of some of the comments. I have been studying Spanish for about 7 or 8 months, probably advanced beginner, this may well be the best thirty minute Spanish lesson ever recorded. Just found this channel and I'm loving it. I minored in Español en la universidad but never used it much. I'm in medical school now so I want to pick it back up as it would be invaluable. The classes I ended my minor in were all taught in Spanish and that helped me learn so much back then. I've tried using the learning apps/games but they were never a challenge after already having a solid understanding of basic conjugations and vocab. I love that your videos are "at my level" so to say and I'm excited to watch many more!

Brenda - I am so thankful for your channel and the way you teach Spanish! I recently moved to Spain from the US and I am motivated to learn the language, but being motivated does not make it easy! I study the lessons in my Pro Spanish course (which I also learned about through another good RU-vid channel) but when it comes to the listening part of my learning, I have not found a better teacher! Hay aproximadamente 93,000 palabras en español, más o menos, según mis diccionarios. De este total, 20,000 son cognados con inglés, y pocos cientos son "amigos falsos."
