8:00 let's clarify that it's only in western countries that it's not possible to wear a gold watch anymore. In Asia it's very safe and many people are wearing their gold watch. there are obvious reasons for that but we are not allowed to mention it .
Great video as always Rob. I don’t love it like I do that GMT Master 2 but that’s just personal preference. However, that fact it’s Big Tony’s watch makes it very tempting. I mean who doesn’t want to the boss of New Jersey.
Gorgeous watch but with recent price hikes they're getting damn expensive. I was in the market for one but at these prices I'm considering a haute horology entry level dress watch instead (PP, VC, FPJ, etc).
Beautiful watch Rob but be very careful in Manchester wearing that and any expensive watch there. My friend was violently beaten and mugged with a knife to his throat in Manchester just a couple of months ago, in order to steal his GMT Master II from him.
@@RobtheAmerican it was near the Etihad stadium he was walking back to town after the Killer’s concert. Got picked up by a gang from Moss-side (they actually coerced him into a car and took him there) who left him in a bad way tbh both physically and emotionally. He made mistakes though, the watch was visible on his bare wrist and he was alone at night. Police told him it’s now rife in Manchester and every UK city is getting the same. Be careful my friend you can’t carry a gun here like Texas though 🤪
