There's only 2 things I focussed on and it worked for me to grow back my hair: 1. Decreasing the factors that cause hair loss like anxiety, fried and spicy food, smoking. 2. Stimulating the factors that cause hair growth like adding coco onion oil and shampoo, using reactivate hair growth serum of litlleextra, drinking enough water, fresh fruits, and veggies.. What ever the reason there is always a solution to grow your hair. Just remain confident and do not stress over it.
After seeing so many of my friends trying reactivate hair growth serum, I also tried it, and it actually reduced my hair fall and boosted my hair growth. I suspect it is because of the rosemary in it.
Being a stylist of about like a few years, I can tell you, that you're not intended to apply harsh hair shampoo on your hair. I've seen hair lines of numerous individuals, and I spotted that individuals who were using harsh shampoos generally had poor hair line. So I recommend only to use mild shampoo cleanser only. I myself use and suggest to use littleextrra cocconioon shampoo only. Also, do warm oil massage two times a week as it enhances circulation and stimulates hair.
I liked the Cocoonioon shampoo. It reduced hairfall and makes my hair soft, smooth, and shiny. Hydrates the scalp. The smell is also very nice. Highly recommended.

You can use it on alternate days brother, both are drying on the hair so dont combine on the same day! keep in mind that exfoliants are to be used only once or twice a week and fit this accordingly in your week. Always use a conditioner afterwards.
doc, till 2022 i was using nizowal plus ketoconazole and zpto lotion...it did not produce lather, and solved my problems related to hair. but after 2022, the manufacturer wallace pharma made it to produce lather which did not suit me...till now i am finding products with these combination that will not produce lather. please help me!!!!

you can mix keto shampoo with normal everyday shampoo but not with salicylic acid shampoo. it should be used alone. because excessive dryness can occur if used along with keto ahampoo on the same day.
