Today we're making 2 more easy pasta salads! Greek with feta, cucumbers, peppers, olives, and tomatoes all tossed in a delicious dressing. The other one has sun-dried tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and artichoke hearts. I hope you enjoy both of them!

My daughter has special needs as well (Special Needs = the closest you can get to an actual heavenly angel down here on earth, God's messengers for sure). She doesn't watch the videos with me, but she sure does enjoy all the different meals I make from them! Am making this (Italian salad) for our Super Bowl 🏈 party.

lol growing up, pasta salad was the only kind of "salad" my mom could get me to eat. I made the sun dried tomato one the other day for a pot-luck and damn it got devoured fast, even the kids at that party liked it. Thanks again for all these vids!

I’m Italian but the Greek pasta salad sounds better to me because I love Feta and dill. I also love Mozzarella but I find it bland in a salad. Sun dried tomatoes are better than fresh unless they’re in season. So sweet. Love your channel!

No pepperoncinis in the Greek pasta salad? -that’s almost my favorite part! :) Sometimes I’ll even add some of the juice from the pepperoncini jar into the Greek salad dressing recipe that I’m making.

Best if you have your ow grapevines and you pick your own grape leaves. Trisk is to picl them by June 15th before they become leathery and bitter. Blanche them and place them in ziplock containers and freeze them. Then thaw them out to use as youwish.

both recipes look great, but the Italian pasta salad has most of the stuff I have been craving. Mainly vinaigrette, pearl mozzarella, tomatoes and artichokes. Will definitely make this one first. 😍😋

Some Feedback: My family member were literally fighting over the Greek pasta salad. I threw all the dressing ingredients in a blender. It actually made it sort of like a whipped mayo consistency. Flavor will be really strong when you are tasting it, but that is perfect. After it sits for a few hours or the next day the flavors mellow a ton, so keep that in mind when seasoning.

Two great salads! I just want to add: If you're not in NY, where theres an abundance of shops selling ethnic foods, try finding a middle eastern or near eastern market. They generally carry feta, that theyll cut for you in the weight you want on demand. You can often ask them for a taste before you buy. I've found the Bulgarian and the French fetas to be the creamiest and most delicious. (And...shhh...dont tell anyone that I said that, because I'm GREEK! 😉)

Thanks, I’m doing a salad a week this summer, I did your deli pasta salad and the Gorgonzola salad, these two will be in the lineup, not this week, I have an orzo pepper salad done and next week is Armenian potato salad. What two fabulous salads. You bring either to a BBQ and you will be the star of the show. Good quality feta should be barrel aged. The number one feta in Greece is a brand called “Dodoni”. I buy that all the time and is an excellent standard feta. Dodoni also do barrel aged feta but there are many barrel aged feta producers out there. I live in the UK and the local supermarkets here sell their own label barrel aged feta (made in Greece of course). I’m sure American supermarkets would do the same.

Great recipes, thanks. Eating the greek pasta salad right now, it is really fresh and full of flavour. Your wife is absolutely right, some chicken souvlaki would be killer combo wth it. I didnt have red wine vinegar and I went a bit overboard with the lemon, so I need to be careful about that next time, but still really delicious and Im adding it to my regulars. Thanks.

I agree with your wife. I do use a lot of all the ingredients used here. And often in pasta salads. But I agree that the dill and feta would draw me to the Greek. Both look amazing. And I agree with the commentators who say this channel is calming. I have my son in law to thank for finding it.

So much to comment on here, positively so.. Feta is fantastic, my old time favorite was one from TJ's, the Israeli one in the light green wrapper. I've bought those cans of dolmades and they DO taste like the basic ones you get with your Greek salad at the place... A running joke back when was, 'where'd you get that, TJ's?', coz I was an early bird to the worm at the first in our area, Commack... I'm many things in life, one of them at the top is a passion for delicious food. 😋 These both looked delicious for different reasons. Shoutout to LI.. ✌️❤️👍

My family and I loved the two pasta salads from the previous video you made. I'm not a huge fan of sun dried tomatoes, but you have me wanting to take a chance especially with the 4th coming up.
