I got my 2009 impala ss for 2700 from an auction. It was a repo. 107,000 miles, perfect condition. No dents, no scratches, interior is spotless and smoke free. Same color as this one
Thanks Alan, your right most car dealers would never talk the way I talk and show the actual issue's with a vehicle. I've been doing reviews like this since 2008 and most of my customers really are thankful to meet a salesman like me. Today I took this vehicle out for a test drive and it really impressed me. That V8 felt great on the hwy and drove really nice. Not a bad vehicle for that price. I hope you'll stop by again on my channel and watch more videos. For the ac clicking it’s a common problem with ALL impalas from 06-09 I believe it’s something with the passenger side *easy fix* but nice video you kept everything real throughout the entire video most dealers dont🙅🏾♂️
H vac actuator passenger side in the glove box it comes out and it's on the right side in plug and unscrew and fix it and then your done mine had it go out before I sold it very simple to fix
@@trevorgilbert2803 its not very expensive or hard to do yourself. All shops charge half hour labor plus crazy money for the part, when it can just take you 15 min. Just remove the glove box and 3 7mm screws... wham youre done.
I kid you not! July 4th I bought a 07 Ss impala for $600! with 150k (video is on my page)! Needed a Front bumper, Radiator, Radiator Hose! I did all the work myself. Got it looking just like the 1 in this Video! Not only i got it for $600! But I got her running again!
Have one myself. I’m about to give the thing away. I love working on my own cars and they just wedged a truck motor into a sedan making that impossible. Quick as hell in a straight line but not a reliable car by any means.
Just a follow up, I’ve got 81k on this car. I bought it with 40 garages and babied. Trans shit the bed two days ago and they want 2300 for a rebuild. Fuck no. Never again will I buy Chevy. Terrible engineering and bad decision making. This car is literally the same as a base model impala with a 5.3l shoved into it. The trans can’t handle it and I drove it very conservatively. Don’t buy it.
Deaf gumby- You have to remember GM was a sinking ship during that time. The only GM cars worth getting around that time imo was the Corvette, G8, and GTO. They can't afford to mess up their signiture Vette, and GM imported the GTO and G8 from Europe so they were of superior build quality to most American cars of that time. So not all Chevys are bad. You are right tho about the impala ss. They dropped a good strong ass motor into disposable economy cars, and then sprinkled holy water on the transmission. I still love my GM cars though. When they do get someone right, they really get it right.

I'd of liked to see you drive it on the Street and Highway a little bit atleast. I'd like to drive it! And if it runs good that's the main thing. And put a new Latch for that Sun Visor, Flopper.
Chad you should get them to get a few better quality used cars. I've been told by some friends that own a used car dealerships and they busy and they say it's cuz they keep a few quality used cars that are in good shape and advertise with ads in news papers and auto trader type magazines. It would help yal alot if yal started doing that .
I'm working on it. Last week was my first week, but as they start trusting me more I'll get them to do it, but they really like buying these cheap used cars instead of the nicer ones. As far as advertising goes they have the best car ad guy in town lol ME!

That car looks like it's a dialed in hotrod . Looks like it's got the dual dragpipes .I like these alot with the v8 and the custom racing seats and thier heated seats my butt gets cold. and at least it starts right up some dealers walk out with battery jumpers I'm like no thanks ..lol . I bet it's fast when jam u up the gas pedal it probably smokes the tires right off the rims . I'd like to see a video ... I mean a good video pulling a wholeshot would probably prove that the cars got some balls whew !!! Lol Good luck selling it. Great price too.

I might put up some vids of mine. 197,000 miles and still runs like a fucking banshee. I chased down an M3 in mine and mustangs left and right until about 2014. I can say this car was the one of the badest on the block the years it was made. Not the fastest today but I think they've aged well.
That ticking is the Actuator. Its a Bitch to replace those! Total of 3. 2 in the Glove Box, 1 behind the Radio! Those Actuators go bad and can't open the vent that is why you barely felt Air.
The car is junk it's been hit on the front the hood on the front headlights don't line up properly the bumper needs to replace hood no engine cover the noise is the heater core actuator on both left side and the right the visors need replacement it needs like 2.500 in replace parts for that price is not worth V8 engine is not my type but I'll take it into consideration I'll buy it for 1.500 is not worth 3.700
Ac is that clicking shit smh I had an impala and I had to open the glove box and take it apart Take some pliers and take a part out (I don’t remember the name of it but it’s annoying)
So crazy to see a transversely mounted v8 for fwd. My 2020 accord 2.0T would smoke it in every way. I just can't think of any other modern four door, fwd v8 car. I want one.
No I don't anymore. I will still go back to them and film a few New vehicles when they come out for the channel, but no longer working with them. The Owner and Managers said they did not see any value in my videos anymore. So I decided to start selling cars with my videos at this used car store thats directly in the middle of there two dealerships and we'll see if my videos bring any value to this small store.
I believe the store sold it for around 3500 out the door, but not long after the customer had called saying the transmission was bad. I remember talking with the guy before he purchased it from the other salesman and asking him if he was sure he was making a good decision. I knew something was not right about that car from the get go. You must be careful when buying certain cars and always get them checked out. Even if the price is cheap you still worked hard for your money and don't deserve to loose it that quickly.
Im looking at Buying one of these Cash! For my back and forth car for work, to save gas on my 07 Yukon Denali. But everyone I looked at so far for around this Price is Beat tf up! Tranny Slipping, Overheating, No title issues, Motor Problems... Like goddam ! Do ppl even take care of cars anymore!?

Ltz has a 3.6 v6.... It make exact same power as that 5.3 v8 only weighs less and uses less gas, more efficiently. The ltz is faster than the ss period. Not well known, I just smoked an ss in my ltz this morning.
lol I know what your talking about. yes the car is fast, but the handling is horrible. I don't understand why the Police would want to drive a car that can't hardly turn a corner lol
