Good job, I like the fact that you touched on weight distribution, a critical performance metric other reviewers DON’T cover. When it comes to resale value + reliability, RDX >> X3, A5, Volvo, MB So for the price, RDX is a winner! Next time you should compare against GV70 as well, which I think will eat into RDX sales going forward.

Is there a spare tire ? Also is there a charging pad for your phone ??

It gets tire sealant, inflator kit no spare tire and yes it does for the Technology Package and A Spec (wireless charging).

Test drove one but I found it small and constrictive in the cabin and the ride was a bit rough. I found the Genesis GV70 far roomier (even though they are almost the same size) and the 2.5T ride much nicer, rear wheel drive feel, better tech. I ordered a Genesis. Thanks for the review...it helps my search even if I go another direction!

Congratulations the GV70 is a great vehicle, it’s hard to compare with the larger infotainment screen, up to 16 way power front seat, I like the RDX styling, the ride is more sporty and I wish they had a little more power. Both are nice vehicles 👌

Great review ! The front looks like a mix of Acura/Volvo/Mercedes, which is not a bad thing. Slick interior and overall a good value. IMO, your review in the park-setting among the trees, is much nicer than in parking lot at dealership.

The value you receive with luxury and performance is hard to beat, you can always work in a deal for a spare but if you need to go faster this maintenance would have to fix for you 👍🏻

A-Spec trims are the only ones without a spare. All other trims have a spare tire

Yes, There is a spare tire beneath the car in the rear. Placing the spare there is the reason for all the extra storage space. Great car for whipping around suburbia, which is what is designed to do. It’s not a race car
