Alex Iowa is definitely one of the better State Fairs going. Wonderful atmosphere And they are one of 3 State fairs that have an old mill ride

@TheCoasterSpot. Hi Alex, great job. I love the Iowa State Fair. I think you did a great job on this video!!! The only big things you probably would have like are the state fair museum- which is up by pioneer hall and the very nice horse show venue. Lots of free horse shows. Also, it would have been nice to show the photography and art in the cultural center. You captured most of it. I think Iowa has the best fair. Only thing, you pronounced Des Moines wrong. The S’s are silent. I know it’s tricky 😄. I appreciate you.

Howdy from Oregon! Thanks, Alex. That was super fun and appreciate you taking us on a colorful tour of what's got to be the best damn state fair in the country! Saw your Wisconsin State Fair and that was great but this took the grand prize. The food alone would make me want to go. I'll take a bacon apple waffle, a banana peanut butter ice cream sandwich, and a bacon pecan pie on a stick!! Model railroads were cool too!

Minnesota State Fair is definitely the best.

That is a large fair for sure and takes up a lot of ground. Very hard on the older people spread out like that. I did notice you did not show all of the larger rides. I was watching another video of one of the politicians running their mouth and in the background I saw the Midway Icon, the SkyWheel aka Double Ferris wheel. It is very rare to see this ride as there are only a few left in the country. Either this fair does not have many rides or you missed a lot of them.

Fantastic video. I do like to point out they you incorrectly pronounced the city. But, those can be a bit tricky. It's Des Moines, Des is pronounced as Dew, and you correctly said Moines. Thanks for this video!

Midway ride used to be better but 3 years ago fair board started to change rides and other thing around grounds .

Had no interest in going this year...this was very cool though thanks for sharing!
