The Trea Turner situation was brutal. He was highly coveting during this past offseason & Phillies won out! As fans, we saw Turner light up at the WBC & couldn’t wait until the season started… He was complete garbage!! He was booed & heckled, Philly sports radio was 🔥. The running joke would be that months into this season Turner still hit more home runs in the WBC than he has hits for the Phillies. Skip forward to August in Miami. He made an error that cost us the game that was a needed win. After the game, he took questions from the media, took full responsibility for how awful he was (Turner said he hated that he was the reason for losing the game) but also looked like a beaten man. It was really sad to see. The next day, was a day game in Miami before going back to Philly. Our broadcasting crew mentioned that Trea Turner was in the batting cages until midnight & Phillies manager had to make him leave. Some guy on a Philly radio sports show claims he’s the one that came up with the ovation. That guy in the video said it was him (No one in Philly talks like that, promise!) The standing ovation was actually controversial & fans were split.
I hope you guys react to Miguel Cabrera he's probably the second greatest player of his generation and he's played for such a long time that it's going to be strange not seeing him play anymore
Look at you disagreeing with the video creators with your own take. I agree the AL Central is the worst division. You've come a long way young Padawan.
A lady hid her gun under her bellyfat to sneak into a baseball game and accidentally shot two people, and it barely made the news anywhere? I mean, this IS America guys, that's a pretty uneventful day of the week for us 😂
0:55 Brit’s hearing news that Americans are completely used to lmfaooo. “Woman uses belly FAT to hide FIREARM and SHOOTS people” isn’t a huge story here lmao. Got both of our truest stereotypes in one story lmao.
that's what come to my mind too, the fat was the "silencer", except for those few who were close enough to hear, who were the ones shown running away, it must of been a small caliber, not much gunpowder in the cartridge, so not that loud ......Bravo!
Born and bred Cubs fan from Chicagoland, who has lived near Seattle for the last 30 years and can't help but be a Mariners fan as well. This season nearly killed me.
A .22 being fired off during a sox game, shocks the shit out of the Brits. South siders just keep watching the game. It's a warzone! If you were wondering.. yes we want drunk streams.
Kinda surprised he didn’t talk about the Reds coming out of nowhere and almost getting a wildcard spot after calling up 8 players with rookie of the year potential. That was definitely weird
The fact the original video didn't talk about the Reds at all is crazy. Low expectations of only 65 wins and only came up short of the playoffs by 2 games and was eliminated the same day as the Cubs.
Me: please please please Shohei come to the Giants, please please please! LOL Good vid guys! My own, personal baseball playoffs have been memorable this, year, been involved in it since 2019 July, played 975 games this year, 32 teams, and four out of the excellent eight (my playoffs) have never been in it! Wish I could show you guys my teams! Long live baseball! Thanks for the reaction!
2:50 na you're right, AL Central is for sure worse 5:35 my guess is someone shot a gun straight up into the air (as idiots sometimes do here) and they came down on them. That could be completely wrong but it's the only thing that makes sense to me bit sad he didnt talk about the reds, we were in the wild card fight until the last week as well. was an exciting team too.
They talk about the AL West and say that one of those teams had to lose when they had a 90% chance or more to make the playoffs… of course it had to be the Mariners who got the shaft… cause the Mariners can’t seem to get anything to go their way
Trout and the Mets are a match made in heaven. The Mets want to pay huge contracts to huge stars. Trout is a New Jersey guy who seems to love New Jersey. They’re both great at missing the playoffs…. Perfect!
Said this before, but we need a Randy Arozarena video. He is one of the most fun players in the game and he set the record for the most home runs in a single postseason
Appreciate the suggestion, we will have it, just a massive massive list, thank you for the comment 🙏 Discord is the best place to leave suggestions I would say. Easiest way for us to track them
Definitely should check out the spittin chiclets podcast for hockey. You don’t have to react to it on the channel since their episodes are sometimes a little longer but they do have some short ones with matthews, mcdavid and draisaitl and other players if you do wanna react. But definitely something i would recommend watching in ur free time. They’ve had guys like i said Mcdavid and Draisaitl, mackinnon, crosby, gretzky, matthews, jagr like pretty much every past and current legend in the game since the 2 co-hosts are former players themselves. Its all on their youtube.
Sadly the nl central is way worse than the al central. Cleveland, Minnesota, and Detroit are solid enough to make the al central interesting. Meanwhile the nl central could literally go anyway. Milwaukee and STL are the most consistent teams, but could easily flop anytime
To be fair it was NOT the Mets grounds crew's fault. The entire city was in a state of emergency due to flooding, the Marlins were just being babies. They could have clinched long before that game. That's on them.
This is also my first season fiinally becoming a Cubs fan. I moved to Chicago a couple years ago and probably went to Cubs game twice a year then Seiya joined Cubs so I started to watch more Cubs games. This year I went to Wrigley 20 times and watched almost half of the games online. The whole September is just brutal to me. And Seiya has been so good in the last 2 months, literally a top 5 player in baseball. It hurt so much to watch him make that error but this is a team collapse. All the bullpen injuries and suddenly everyone is making errors
@@DNReactsThen you better add a good 100 pounds, buy that 4 door pickup truck you cant afford but looks good in the driveway and buy plenty of guns and the most important thing is believe you are right about everything and never listen to other point of view.
Ad least the Dbacks made it a series tonight. I'm a Braves fan so you can imagine how I feel about the Phillies. But I can't bitch, Phillies showed up and we didn't.
