Oh my goodness. I am just picking up knitting again because of you. It’s so relaxing for me but have osteoporosis and some days my hands are very swollen and stiff. I just found the Chachacha tutorial Carlos. I’m purling Norwegian style like crazy. (Don’t know what to make yet) . Hello! 14 more Sleeps! Just came to say I loved today's tip! Actually, I love them all. Oh, and the motif under the sweaters is Arne's embroidery made in honour of the Two Princes and their epic holiday quest for the Christmas tree of their dreams. A, slightly blue, white beetle bug with a Christmas tree wrapped in a big red bow on top. Such a fabulous story filled with humour and suspense. Another new tradition in our home. Thanks for another great tip, and sharing your lovely space.2012 the two princes finally found a tree and put it on the roof but then the 1968 VW Beetle chariot broke down. They rode home in style on the back of a tow truck, Arnie commemorated the princes’ journey with a lovely embroidery, that is hidden under the sweaters.

VW Beetle with a tree on top! I really like today's tip. I've been doing that with my crochet for a long time, but just recent;y managed to do it with knitting. It's a great way to make the beginning of a round as I use a traveling loop on my circulars (I know, I know, gotta practice with my DPNs!). Thank you :)

I am so happy that you have come into my life! I was just watching one of your past videos which concerned a piece of cross stitch that Arne had found in a thrift shop and had pretty much decided on surrounding the flowers with Houndstooth check. I (think) have seen it completed and it's marvelous! Great choice! My mother was a "real knitter" (during the Depression in the 1930's she taught knitting and made lifelong friends. When she died she left a piece of an afghan with embroidery. I now feel "free" to finish it whatever way I think--because of you two. Thank you for giving me permission to finish my mother's precious piece and now it will be part of both mother and me. Love you both, how did I live without you before?
