Been having chronic upper hamstring and hip pain due to sports and have been to Physical Therapy and nothing has seemed to help. Can’t seem to pinpoint what is causing, it all just acts up when I full out sprint. Any suggestions?
Great video. My left hamstrings are much tighter than my right, despite doing extra stretching in that side. I do unilateral strength work, so there isn’t much difference in strength between the two legs. Any suggestions?
Thanks! Sometimes muscles feel tight because of something else happening up and down stream. I would explore and see if you can identify any strength or flexibility imbalances in other areas of the body - especially the lower extremities (calves, ankles, etc.) and shoulders.
