Thanks, David! When I decided to be consistent today in gathering certain work projects lists in one notebook, I came to the realization that one "project" I had defined was actually comprised of 3 slightly different projects. By making Action Steps lists for each of the 3, I achieved more clarity and a more relaxed mind that is ready to get to work on the next action! :)
Action reminders will always repel us if our aims are inappropriate to current problems. Rightly said that weekly review supports the core of the system to engage and aim at most current targets.
