I've been following you for a while. I am older, close to my 60's and after a divorce from a very long marriage, this is eye opening. Certainly times have changed. No social media in the 90s, Internet wasn't widely available. It's brutal now but it's good to wake up to reality.

My first major fight with my ex-wife was over her secretly meeting with her ex-fiancé (of 6 years) when she was on a business trip. She had asked me before if, while on a layover, I would be ok with her getting coffee in the airport with him. I told her it bothered me, but that I trusted her. I kind of forgot about the question, but several months later I found out that she had actually left the airport and met up with him in town, got dinner and walked around the city with him. I was wrecked imagining them out as a couple, maybe holding hands or hugging or (my darkest worry) getting a hotel room for a few hours. She, of course, said it was my fault for being upset, showed that I did not trust her, and when I demanded she stop talking to him , she flatly refused. I dont believe she "physically cheated" with him that day. But, it's an obvious sign that my feelings do not matter, she does not value the relationship to risk it, and is not willing to submit to my authority as a husband. But knowing that we were already married, she knew there was nothing I could do about it, short of divorce. Establish these boundaries EARLY. It's too late once they get their claws in you.

You are 100% right. Quick personal story, I went to Vegas with a girl I knew since high school. She was married at the time but their marriage was going downhill from what she told me. She took a "girls trip" to Vegas just so she could see me. I picked her up at the Las Vegas airport with 3 other friends, who were also all married. We went to Walmart to buy alcohol and then went back to the Harris Hotel (Great Hotel right on the Strip BTW for only $40/night). The girl I knew from high school and I shared a room, while her other 3 friends shared a room. Her friends kept pulling me aside to find out how much sex we were having. I said we were just taking it slow, we haven't seen each other since high school. Apparently her friends wanted to make sure she was getting laid, away from her husband. When we were all hanging out in the same room together drinking, they wanted me to be absolutely quiet when their husbands called because her friends promised "no guys in the room." Later that night, we went to club Tao and I couldn't get in because I had on Timberlands instead of dress shoes, so my high school friend and I went bar hopping while her friends got in the club. We then went back to the room got undressed and jumped in the bed. The takeaway here is that during "girl trips" her friends will support her in her decisions to get laid. Even further, the ones with good marriages may not have been looking to get laid, but enough alcohol and the right atmosphere and they'll have other dudes grinding on them trying to take them back to their rooms, which is what happened btw with her friends. Girl trips especially to Vegas only means she plans of getting laid. Don't let her do it and if she does, get rid of her.

You can skip all of this and just realize every relationship has an expiration date. When it starts to sour: you start feeling disrespected, taken for granted, or your needs neglected, you leave. Easy.

This is so wild. Back in high school, if you were talking to a girl a lot and you both liked each other, you two were "going out" and you didn't even think about messing around with anyone else. Why would you if you were connecting with someone and you both were happy? The girls I knew were dedicated to their boyfriends and if anyone was caught cheating, they were called out on it. Men or women. Crazy how times have changed.

My girlfriend has all the good qualities you mention. Still burning desire after five years. However, after getting burned with a messy divorce and horrible marriage, I’m constantly looking for red flags. If she’s there with me when I’m on my death bed, I’ll then be convinced.

You have got this wrong. Any woman who has done any of those things whether she agrees to stop or not is not worth considering. the well is already poisoned.

Straight up... I agree that these are non negotiables. However if any woman I'm seeing, does any of these things before I met her, I'm not telling her what she can or cannot do..I can however control what I do. I just won't take her seriously at all. Yeah I had a GF that we got into it about her “freind”. She refused to drop him. We ended up having a fight, I left for the night and stayed with a buddy of mine that was married to her cousin so she knew where I was and wasn’t out trying to hook up with anyone. Meanwhile I found out later that she went and slept with her “friend”. I only found out months later though. I broke it off with her. She came back a week later with a ring and proposed to me and said she’s no longer friends with that guy. I told her, she should have thought that way before having to have a taste of another man that I asked her to ditch in the first place. I then told her she should go give that ring to the “friend” and see if he wants to marry her because I wasn’t interested.

Women that post provocative pics or wear provocative clothing in public are not worthy of your commitment. Mentioning wanting to do any form of "girl's night" is the same as mentioning an open relationship.

Anyone who is posting provatative photos on social media is automatically disqualified from a LTR in my book.

100% got burned by the "guy friend" in my last relationship. You really hope your girl is different from the others but she wasn't. She could never keep this guy out of her life that she swore up and down nothing happened between them. Found out later of course it was a complete lie. After her lying to me, pausing our first date during dinner to text HIM and later emotionally cheating with him, I got setved the biggest slice of humble pie. But you live and learn. Biggest lesson for me, can make the same mistakes in the future. She was also constantly craving attention on social media. I told her to please private her account and she pushed back and never did. All these incredibly unloyal behaviors and SHE was the one who pushed me for marriage by the end when i had to nope out of there. Best thing i could have done

I watch how she treats her dad. If she treats him with respect and values his opinions and positions, she will do the same to you. If she treats him the opposite, the chances she will even be receptive to the "no thirst photos, girl trips, or beta orbiters" requirement is virtually zero.

This whole idea that you can control your partner to ensure commitment is really misleading. Why not trust your partner instead? You can’t control anyone, so no matter how many conditions you put on the relationship, if they don’t want the same things or intend to step out, it’s going to happen. And honestly, all those demands are just going to push them away and create a really unhealthy foundation. The real issue here is fear. Fear of losing your partner makes you want to control them. We need to uncover these limiting beliefs surrounding relationships because projecting them as truth is very dangerous. Instead of focusing on ultimatums and control, get clear on your values and what you want in a relationship. Have those types of conversations to determine if this is the right partner for you. I’m not hearing that in this video. I hear, "I’m scared. I need to control you to feel safe." Instead, address your fears and focus on having real, honest conversations. That’s what builds a strong relationship.

I disagree with the notion of dating a girl casually then cleaning her up to commit. If she's someone who has a lot of guys around, posts provocatively and goes out all the time; you should avoid her. You can't fix a sandcastle, prioritise purity

Anything you tell a girl that she needs to stop doing in order to please you and to be in a committed relationship with you, she will stop temporarily just to sneak in under your radar. If she is doing these things, run from her and find the ones who are NOT doing these things. You don't need to correct a mature adult.

Women usually wait until around year 10-15 in the marriage to do girl's night out. That's just a girl's trip locally. I was adopted by a married couple when they were in their 12th year of marriage. About 4 years later after I was adopted, I noticed my mother started going out to local clubs for girl's night out with all her girlfriends. She divorced my father after 20 years of marriage because he wasn't doing enough for her. He lost the 5 bed, 3 bath house he built near the beach in southern California. He bought her new cars every few years and used equity on the house to pay for her college education. He adopted 3 kids for her and had her artificially inseminated with 1 kid since she couldn't get pregnant naturally. He took to her to places such as Hawaii on their anniversary.

Don't wait A FEW MONTHS to determine this. You can screen these red flags within the first few dates. Trust me, don't waste your time trying to change someone.

Some girls will not ever ask the “what are we” question because they are waiting for the male to be the one to initiate the relationship. We are conditioned to think that the male is the leader, the one who by nature chases after what they want, and if they don’t, they must not want it that badly. I say don’t wait and communicate. Trust, you’ll know when a woman wants you. All those other boundaries have to be agreed upon by both parties and if you’re requesting that from her, you BETTER be committed yourself and do the exact same. No more guy fishing trips, no more following women who post revealing pics, etc etc. Most importantly trust has to be earned and once that’s there you won’t have to treat her like she’s your Porsche sitting in your garage.

Mine passed all the Red Flag test until BOOM! Postpartum depression and she went full nut job. Spending, cheating, screaming, falsely accusing. She put me through 18 years of Hell before snapping out of it.

Trust is the bottomline to any kind of relationship, even if the girl follows all of these 3 steps but still no trust, that issue will surface up later on and wont do any good for the relationship. Couples who deeply trust each other wont even bother to care for friends or girl outings... I think these are more for people who are scared, well its a good preventative measure but this comes from lack of trust mindset and when there is lack, no matter how many rules or tests you put out there for your partner, eventually it will fail.

I think it depends on the type of girls trip. The types of girls I’m dating would be going on a weekend kayaking, climbing, or backpacking trip which is totally fine.

These things you described should apply to both sides. And it should be both sides personal choices to be this way. It shouldn’t be you telling your partner it’s this way or the high way. Because that is only going to delay the inevitable outcome that at some point they will lock you in and do those things anyway. Or resent you for forcing them to do something they didn’t want to do.

I don't really believe even on these metrics, Rich. I've seen women who pretended for years and if this is the conditions to become a high value man's girlfriend and even wife, trust me they will do all these conditions without hesitations, but the truth what lies behind her mind you will find out only during breakup or divorce unfortunatelly. I have watched your videos for years and will continue to do so; however, I feel that many men aren’t interested in getting involved with any woman in general. No matter how convincing your arguments are, there’s always a choice of simply not bothering and having an easy life.

If you have to ask her to stop doing any of these three things, it is already a lost cause. She may tell you that she will quit her bad habits “just for you”, but she WONT ACTUALLY DO IT….EVER. The whole bachelorette party thing is a bit far, i can understand extended holidays with single friends but a trip with a sister or something that should be completely fine. I think it comes down to who you are and how insecure you are. If you can keep your woman happy in life and satisfied then you shouldn’t have anything to worry about. If she is in love, she wont cheat.

It is mind boggling how these moms with young children go on girls trips. I understand taking care of kids is really exhausting. But that doesn't mean she can just go to vegas, cancun to get hit on by random dudes. My wife and I would much rather go on a road trip with kids instead. It is tough with young kids but creates memories you will never forget.

Men should be expected to do the same thing as they are asking women to do.

I've been taking guys only trips (me & half a dozen buddies form church & work) 4-wheeling and dirt bike riding for 30+ years (I'm an old guy). It seems hard to tell your GF she can't go to Vegas with her friends, but I'm for damn sure going wheeling with the boyz! How would you reconcile this delima?

I'm 62 years old and divorced after 30 years of marriage. Meeting women closer to my own age and there is always a lot of baggage. What about being friends with her ex-husband with whom she has adult children with?

Even women are the gatekeepers of commitment and intimacy as well cause I have seen women don't want to be in a committed relationship relationship even if the guy is hounding her for one. . Maybe decades ago women had to wait for a guy to propose but nowadays guys are expecting women to propose and many do that I have seen.

Add to this list that she does not have a 9-5 corporate job. ANY job. Unless it is like stay at home, women beauty industry or family own small business. Also church groups unless it's female only. Oh and I almost forgot: no personal instructors of any kind, specially in fitness or sports.

Back in the day, you could do the car test. That is where you unlock and open the passenger door for her, then walk around behind the car, and watch to see if she leans over and unlocks the driver's side door for you. If she does, she's a keeper. If not she's selfish and you need to dump her. lol

Why would you even put commitment on the table if she is/was on social media taking photos of herself and going on girls trips. If she does either or both, she's a fun girl
