Nice Conor! Crazy thing is most disagreements come from not listening and people basing their opinions as facts. I have notice once you get past that though the conversation becomes much easier to have. Love how you made it acronyms too. Makes it digestible and easy for people remember. Acronyms are great tools for remembering. Conor. The not so hidden message i got was to listen more than we talk, and that can be especially difficult if you're a supervisor. As to goals, I'll bet only 5% of us write down our personal goals and less than 1% review them on a regular basis. Thanks Conor.
