Just got your course. My wife and I have become federal government contractors. We are doing cleaning now but as I am a production supervisor I want to take is further and learn more of the logistics side and learn air freight and cargo freight and over sea shipping and trucking.

An agency which consults students for overseas education which consults a large number of students every year will fall under high volume or low volume??

Volume (and any of the 4 Vs) are all relative. There is no threshold "number" of items / week that make you "high volume". But i sounds like your operations have minimal variety too so you are probably more on the high vol, low variety position....
