That is fantastic. I would research proper holding of kettlebell so as not damage the wrists. It takes while for th arm to get used to it. Any type of swinging exerrsise burns weight. Pressing is for strength. Rotation is for stability.

This was an appropriate video to have in my feed today as I am addressing a migraine but do not want to skip training. If I "break stride" with growing my discipline it is a slippery slope. With these moves, I can modify my scheduled routine for today, focus on less jarring moves that might exacerbate head pain, and avoid the disruption (and possible guilt) of losing a day of building strength and a relatively new and sustainable discipline. As my cognitive functions are somewhat impaired, getting this external stimulus serves as a good reminder to be flexible and make adjustments to counteract an "all or nothing" response that can too often fall on the nothing side. And tomorrow is a scheduled recovery day! Cheers!

Few questions: - what weight you recommend for the deadlifts? It must be more than the weight used for the swing? - is it ok to do a one hand carry and then switch side, as I cannot afford two at the moment. Thanks

usually the weight for the deadlift is more than swing but it will really depend on your strength, flexibility, and technique. One hand carry is fine, I thought that was mentioned?

I am finding that my obese clients cannot get down to the floor without being in pain. Is there another way to do a chest press, say, holding the KB in both hands and pressing forward while standing, accomplish this same goal?

No, that would not be the same effect, that would be a lot of load on the deltoid. The best thing to do is get a sturdy bench and have them work off a bench

I put a little weight on I use to be a size 8 im now a size 14 would like to go back to a size 8 any videos on what exercises to do with a kettle bell to get that weight off fast? And do you do it everyday? Or miss a day for 1 day rest? I'm not huge just want yo get back to been toned and a nice body to feel better about my self again dont like this weight I have put on

What worked for me was finding an accountability group. Find yourself a buddy, someone who'll check on you and keep you motivated.

I've fluctuated, too. The things that works for me is to go all or none. Not one ice cream scoop and thinking that'll be it. I made it easier by eating tons of sweet peppers and cucumbers because they taste good. I cut out fruits. And I'd tell myself to just do it for one day. I'd plan on 6 days but literally one day at a time. Then simple exercises. If just 30 seconds a few times a day, then it's a start. Once I'd detox and go through detox headaches it becomes easier. Having veggies ready is a biggie.

The right weight or no weight that allows you to perform the exercises with the best form and technique. As for the best exercise to lose weight, it is the one and only, eat_less_eat_better

You have to build muscles to lose weight and get good nutrition. First the muscles then the fat goes away as muscles feed on the fat 🙂 I'm a fat woman on track to loose weight and every professional recommended me that
