Very interesting! I agree: Movement is not to be feared. What is to be 'feared' (avoided, actually) is *rapid progression* of movement under load *with poor technique* ...
i truly learned a lot from your vids, but this exercise seems like something "not so healthy" to the joints. even you warned about doing it with a bad technique, i dont see what benefits we would get from it, i think that a "bent press" will give you better results on the same muscles with lower risks. and if you think that its so important exercise, i think you should tell ppl do it just after they master the bent press. again, i really appreciate your teaching and respectful for your vast knowledge!
@@yosefco3 it's very healthy for the joints with the right progression. The bent press is much more dangerous and complex, it requires a lot of external shoukder rotation, and thoracic rotation. With bad thoracic mobility your shoulders will be ripped apart 🙏
So you mean to tell me that you watched the whole video of which 75% is not useful stuff according to you and you still sat there watching it? You are a joker indeed.
@@Cavemantraining my comment was a bit assholey, sorry. That being said, the grip change during the clean is not something a viewer can pick up from the 10 second explanation you gave, and that is why viewers will watch this video. So again, sorry, but this video will not be useful to most of its target audience.
good stuff, this is an old video, but are you a member of our 56,000-member kettlebell workout community on Facebook? If so, we're about to run another one.
Thank you, may I suggest something? Check out our online store www.cavemantraining.com/shop we have online courses and certifications that do exactly that, but you would need to pay for it.
