I was just getting ready for my leg working today! Perfect timing. Thank you, jack! I started watching your videos recently and that was the little help I needed to get back at the beautiful game. This is a BANGER🔥🔥 AS a qualified PT I agree with all the points you made and over in the UK the Gyms are still shut however All these exercises can be done with bands or smaller weights so guys keep going we got this. As for the hair.... theres been much worse over here

i was injured for a 4 weeks, got over it, now I'm back into strength training... i figured these were meant to do 3 sets each... I'm doing only body weight and I'm having a really tough time... but i will keep going! Everyone else keep at it too, you can do it!

Excellent game specific movements and explanation. I think I have to change my strength program now. I am so focused on the bigger compound exercises for example the RDL and Barbell Squat. These are great exercises, however if I want to improve my game (Football, soccer) I need to include single leg exercises as well. I am looking forward to try the exercises you mentioned in your video. Thank you Jack!
