Yeah…Forney looks like your typical NE Dallas dump. One thing I’ve noticed about Texas is that it’s big on quantity, not so much on quality.

NE Dallas doesn't have the best reputation, I agree. Personally, I like Rockwall - although that's more east Dallas than NE.
