I've been taking chlorella for a long time and I feel like more people need to know about it, I hope this information helps and encourages you to do your own research about it! Thanks for watching ☺️
@@intermilan6202 it depends on which medications you are taking, in most cases yes, but I think it’s best that you consult a pharmacist or doctor to confirm in case a certain medication has interactions with Chlorella.
Thanks for the educational vid. I'm glad the West is becoming more aware of chlorella, being popular in Japan for decades. It is one of my favorite health hacks, along with kefir, matcha tea, & nutritional yeast! With my wife as the breadwinner, it's so important for me as the house husband to learn all I can about health so I can incorporate it into my domestic duties, (cooking/cleaning etc.)
I started with the spirulina tablets but then decided that the combination with chlorella seemed to offer lots of benefits. Been taking the combos for about a week now and nothing but very good results. I might be your subscription #1,000. Was not sure if I would subscribe and noticed the sunscriptions said "999" so I figured what the hey and hit the button. Congrats on the milestone!
The people in West Palestine, Ohio need to know about the dioxin detox ability, considering their spill "situation", which wasn't AT ALL planned to happen by someone/ or some group.
It's totally awesome as is spirulina the trick is to find somebody who cracks the cell wall in chlorella and inorganic way vested from Taiwan it also helps the molded dental X-rays and all kinds of things people go through I'm glad you made it easy I think it also may have extra iron and collagen so with that I sent you for this brief and wonderful pretty tight delivery thank you good health to all of us!😊
Different experts show the different nutrition tables between spirulina and chlorella. So it seems like based on whether you like chlorella or Spirulina!
Did you check multiple sources? If your doctor recommended it, he may have a reason. Have you brought this up to him? I typed this in Google myself and saw that some sources contradicted each other. I’m sorry this is confusing but it’s important to look at studies that have been conducted rather than blog article posts. I didn’t honestly look that deeply so maybe you did find this from a study. I just don’t want you to be discouraged. If there’s anything you’d like me to research and make a video on, let me know!
I haven’t experienced the liquid form yet, I take the tablet form. Maybe mixing it into some juice might help, if you can press your own juice it’s probably the best route. Maybe taking it with lemon juice (and ginger (that’s how I take my wheatgrass). Let me know if you find something that works. I know it will be helpful for others too!
Hi ....just saw you for the first time .... GREAT PRESENTATION .... I have subscribed.... can I ask where are you from ? .... it helps me to connect ... Aussie I'm sure ? Keep up your great work I'm looking forward to seeing more from you .... kind regards Australia
Give it time to build up in your system, I’m excited for you! If you’ve had blood work done lately you could compare your numbers before and after taking it for a while too.
I take 2 twice a day. Works great for me. I can certainly tell if I miss a few days….pain all over starts coming all over. I’ve taken Chlorella for several years. I love it!!
I think it’s wonderful that you are taking both of them. As far as multi vitamins go, my opinion (which isn’t a medical one) is that the nutrients you get should mostly be coming from your food. If you’re eating a natural and balanced diet that is colorful, you should be getting most if not all of your vitamins from there. I supplement with a b vitamin complex and vitamin d and some other things but I don’t take a multivitamin. You can always get a test to see if you’re deficient in any vitamins as well. I would say that taking a multivitamin is completely up to you either way.
Protein from Chlorella? Such a joke. One pill is around 500 mg, which equals aproximately 250 mg of protein. So, I need at least 60 grams of protein daily... which is 250 pills every day. Well you see the idea. Same story about micronutrients. Heavily overpriced source of EVERYTHING.
Honestly I’m torn between needing 20-30g of protein per meal in order to be healthy, I have fasted, tried vegan, tried keto, plant based and almost any other diet you can imagine. I carry a good amount of muscle and haven’t noted any muscle loss. If you’re on a journey to put on muscle then this could be a significant factor however for general health, I think this is something I would like to see more information on if you have it. Regarding micronutrients, I notice a difference in energy level and cognitive function and even mood when I eat micronutrient rich foods and take my supplements verses when I don’t. This is in reference to extended periods of time.
Lol, I just started wheatgrass juice with chlorella and spirulina and hemp protein in it. Feeling the benefits so far 😉 keep those eyebrows looking good haha. Love from Scotland.
I would recommend just starting with the recommended dose on the bottle you purchased just because different companies make smaller or larger tablets that have different serving sizes.
@@Mamarita3333 that’s how I’ve been taking it for a while now and that’s how my husband and family has been taking it too and they are all doing pretty well with the 3 together.
I’ve seen a lot of information about chlorella is hot safe because it moves heavy metals around and dose not hold on to metals well and actually get rid of them.. what’s your opinion on this ?
I heard chlorella does bind to the heavy metals. But if you want you can add some zeolites and or apple cider vinegar for some binding back-up. I take my zeolites with apple cider vinegar and am just now starting to incorporate chlorella.
@@priestlygarments4004 I’ve taken both, lately I’ve been taking the organic Chlorella. I’m keen on reviews too. Let me know what you end up trying and if you like it.
Some people may experience bloating the first few times they take these, many don’t. Some tips to help prevent bloating would be to take them with a meal or within the time frame of a meal. If you do get a bit of bloating, it should subside after about a week or less while your body adjusts. And thank you, I’m glad you enjoyed the videos!
