I do 1 and 2, and 4. I don’t need anyone getting in my business. Been in the business 12 years. I don’t need a coach. I’m a luxury agent and sell about 30-40 properties a year. But to each their own.
That’s why he’s more successful then you and trained way more successful people then you. I don’t give a shit if you been doing it 50 years there’s always something you can learn from someone else. You won’t be successful long term with that mentality

You just described my situation to the tee. I’ve been affiliated with KW for almost 2 months now and I haven’t made a single contact. Your podcast is very educational and motivational, I just can’t get myself to make that first phone call yet.
I start3d with KW and all they do is read over a script but then I pay attention to the agents in the office and see why they are where there at just saying pay for someone who's worth it
Brandon’s program, if you work it is awesome! I’m still working it. I started in September and am still not completely done yet! I have been focusing on each item until it’s perfected and then adding more. I started door knocking instead of cold calling and I’m killing it because I don’t come home until I have 25 doors and 10 leads for my CRM. That’s always my goal. Some days I do way better than others from 230-645/7 PM
